Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the 12 piece chicken nuggets with waffle fries. With the Polynesian sauce and the Chick Fil A sauce. Cooked just right. Fries were cold. But the service was very good. Restaurant was very clean got a table freshly clean. The line up was to door at 2 pm. The drive thru has two lines and was full and long. Lots of seating in or out. Can’t wait till we come back.Update stopped on Canada Day and had a 30 piece and did that to share with our Shepard. The place was constantly being cleaned and very friendly staff. Jacob stopped to check on us. The washrooms were very clean. If I could have given more stars I would have. We stopped again for lunch and ordered the 30 piece meal with a large waffle fries. This time we ordered and found a chair and they were bringing our meal to our table. Chicken was done to perfection and fries were hot. This time they disappeared very fast. Restaurant was very clean and service was friendly and fast.

Being from out of town, you never know what you’re going to get. I am happy to report this Chick-fil-A has been one of, if not, the highlight of our stay in Kalispell, MT! My crew and I are on overnights remodeling the Lowe’s across the street and have gotten into the habit of stopping in before work and we all have been BLOWN AWAY by the speed of service and the friendliness of the staff! Even on busy nights, we are all still attended to accordingly and quickly! The speed and customer service is such that every other Chick-fil-A should aspire to! We love this location and all the wonderful workers that go above and beyond every-time! God Bless you all!

The sears and tables are nice and clean. Plenty of spaces for eat and hang out. The food is in a fair quality. The staff were really nice and helpful. They are also drive-in service available.

The restaurant was clean. The staff very friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken club. It was good except the bun was dry and crumbly. It disintegrated before I was half way through it. There was pieces of crumbled bun everywhere. The bun was so inferior, like the cheapest western family buns. For $10.00 that was unexceptable. Come on guys. I know that. The establishment maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The service staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I selected the grilled chicken club for my meal. While the chicken itself was enjoyable, the bun presented a slightly dry texture and crumbly. It disintegrated before it was half eaten. There was pieces of crumbled bun everywhere. The bun was so inferior, like the cheapest western family buns. For $10.00 you can do better than that. It took your 5* sandwich down to a 3*.

The food is always great and the service is even better! But the restaurant was very dirty. About half the tables were empty and almost all of them were dirty. We had to clean off the table we ate at.

Overall the food is pretty good not much you can get from a fast food restaurant although the service was really disappointing. My food took 20 minutes to make because they made a mistake and gave my food to another person. The atmosphere is also really loud and the whole place smells quite bad, not a fan.

It is still as clean as the day it was built. It’s good food; and the service and cleanliness is over the top! The play area is adequate, and extremely clean! There is a roaming host to assist you with any additional needs, and you can order from your table.

Good and service has always been consistent and really great from the first time we went to this chick fil a years ago. Everytime I’m in here I just think how awesome it must be to work there as a young person in this town, I think that says a lot about how happy and kind the staff are!
