My sister, husband, and I came on Monday to taste test their new menu items. Caryen, one of the managers was stellar! She explained the entire menu to us and was extremely helpful and charismatic. Our experience was amazing and the food was phenomenal. 100/10 customer service as well. Highly recommend!

Outstanding store! Great Chicken Filet Deluxe, love the waffle fries! Even better the service was Outstanding. Friendly, courteous, smiles, brought drink refills to us. Very clean including the trash bin area. Restrooms are spotless. The staff has obviously been well trained. You folks set the bar! McDonald’s, BK, KFC take notice.

On December 10, 2025 my family and I ordered food from the Missoula Chick-fil-A. As we were almost done with eating our food we found a bloody alcohol prep swab as well as visible blood inside a chicken sandwich box.
This was extremely alarming, especially because we were eating with our two children. We reported this all to the Missoula health department and due to the potential health risk our doctors advised my husband, our children, and I to undergo medical testing.
We reported the incident to Chick-fil-A and filed a claim requesting assistance with the medical expenses caused by this situation. Unfortunately, our claim was denied and we were not offered help with the doctor visit or testing.
Finding medical waste and blood inside packaged food is a serious food safety concern. While accidents can happen, the lack of accountability and support afterward has been very disappointing.
I am sharing this so other families can make informed decisions and so this location can improve its food safety procedures.

I had such an amazing experience with this Chick-fil-A location. I called and spoke with Roman to place a fairly large, last-minute pickup order that I was taking out to my husband and his fellow airmen who have been in the field for quite a while and really needed a pick-me-up.
Despite the short notice, Roman and the team were incredible. The order was ready quickly, perfectly packaged, and handled with so much care. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help. The service was truly exceptional and went above and beyond what I expected.
Thank you for making a stressful, last-minute situation so easy and for helping me bring a little encouragement to some very hardworking airmen.

If you want the best fast food Missoula has to offer, look no further than Chick-fil-A. They have by far the best chicken strips, nuggets, and sandwiches. Their salads and deluxe sandwiches are reliably crispy and fresh each time. Back to the chicken- it’s thick and moist every time. We’ve tried just about every chicken meal on the menu – all good choices.
Their general manager is a favorite in Missoula. He is passionate about those who care for elderly in their final days – and honors our veterans. Both meaningful to us.
We only order through the drive thru. The atmosphere in the drive thru during the summer is amazing. They have fans blowing to keep their staff taking orders cool – and the ordering stations are covered to keep out the harsh sun and weather.
They ask for your name when you order. It’s a way of saying you matter. The way they care for their staff and treat their customers backs it up.

This is the worst run Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Everytime I try to come back there is an issue. Today I sat at the 2nd drive thru order screen for minutes as I watched others (3-4 vehicles) move through the 1st line with ease. Yelling hello into the mic did nothing. I was pinned in by another vehicle, so we both had to drive around the building to get back into the 1st lane. As I pull up to order, someone else is in the 2nd lane and I can hear him ordering. He’s done before me and pulls up to get his food. I let the employee taking my payment know what happened and was informed the lady working the 2nd lane didn’t have her headset on. The employees here are not like other Chick-fil-A locations. Everytime I come, there is a general lack of customer service and an almost who cares attitude. It’s worse than other fast food locations in Missoula. Something is wrong here.

Don’t order delivery. 9 times out of 10 they will forget your sauce and any other sides you may have. Prepare for some dry food and crunchiness soup. It ALWAYS happens on the night shift too. You guys suck. You’re basically stealing from people by not giving them what they paid for.

My grandson wanted a sandwich from here. We stopped and he ordered two.
He gave me half of his. This was easily the most underwhelming chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. It had almost zero flavor to it.
I honestly have no idea why anybody would go here twice, it’s that bad.
Service was mediocre and the place was a mess inside.
Never again.

What a great experience! Did you know they sell their lemonade by the gallon!? Our order was perfect, the service was great, they accidentally gave us extra lemonades and when I let them know, they had us keep them. Food was fresh and quick service. Atmosphere was lovely. Bathrooms clean. You can do birthdays here also.

Lawrence hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any restraunt including the most fine dining places. He goes out of his way to be professional and so courteous. He will go far with how amazing his customer service skills are. Jacob always adresses me by my name everyime I come into the restraunt and has became a legitimate friend over the years and is so courteous and polite. This is the best fast food experience in missoula by a long shot.
