Went through the drive through today with my family. One car away from paying at the window and I noticed neither one of brought our wallet. Manager did a us a solid by letting us venmo her and I believe she then used her credit card so we didn’t have to go home and drive all the way back to the other side of town. Huge shout out to the crew working today!! Thank you.

I know you don’t know who has and ED and who does not, but for that exact reason, you should not read off what people have gotten in their order. If something was missed, they will go back to tell you. I will not be returning so I can avoid this issue happening to me again because I am now crying while forcing myself to eat. I understand the man was trying to be helpful, but please do not do that anymore. I loved your personality, but perhaps instead say, “If we missed anything, please let us know.” 🙂

I waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes just so for them to tell me the items I ordered they cannot give me because they are out. I also had to beg the manger working at the time to give me a refund, even though they did not provide me with what I paid for.
