I want to strongly recommend that Chick-fil-A consider adding raw onions as an option for your chicken sandwiches. While your menu already offers delicious choices, raw onions would be a simple but valuable addition. Many customers enjoy the fresh crunch and sharp flavor of raw onions, and it would pair especially well with your classic chicken sandwich.
Other restaurants provide this option, and it gives customers more flexibility to customize their meal to their personal taste. By adding raw onions, Chick-fil-A would not only enhance the overall flavor experience but also show that you listen to customer preferences and small details that make a big difference.
I truly hope you will consider this suggestion … I believe many guests would appreciate having raw onions as a topping choice.

I couldn’t figure out how to do the review with the receipt so hopefully someone sees this.
We live out of town so we don’t get to come often. I love the salad but the lettuce was not great. As a person who works in the food industry going through lettuce every day to achieve quality lettuce i just can’t eat the stuff that grosses me out. So I returned it and got a refund the GM was so nice about it and then when I came back later he gave me my food for free he didn’t have to do that but it was very nice of him and he was very nice the whole beginning of the visit his name was Raúl. We also barely made it by 10:30 and Abbi the mod let us get breakfast the only thing my daughter eats there. So thank both of y’all for your excellent service and dealing with picky people like us

Since we are from Georgia the standards here are very low no one great us we also dine they brought are stuff in bags n said their no trays but the people behind us got trays so that was a lie these Standards would not uploaded in Georgia

Place was very busy. They were able to quickly move through the drive thru line. Food was great quality as usual.

Food was good as always, but we sat in the drive through for an extra 5 mins to wait for the fresh french fries and had to listen to the manager essential berate an employee in the open window while we waited. Very uncomfortable to have to hear and we even stood up for the employee after receiving our food.
