Food was ok, forgot 2 of my mom and I’s toppings for our salads. Dining room was disgusting none of the tables were wiped down. Workers were rude when I mentioned my meal was incomplete. Male worker taking orders was too quiet to understand. Been to many chickfila locations and this was by far the worst.

Their mobile drive-thru is ingenious and I wish more places did it like Chick-fil-A! After you place your mobile order, you go through a specific lane to scan a QR code to get checked in. The other lane can order like at a normal drive-thru.
Everything I have been through, the employee’s have been nothing but phenomenal. They have always been exceptionally kind, and I don’t know if they are required too but every time I have said “thank you” they have always responded “my pleasure”. It makes it feel like they want to be there working to assist you.
In terms of the food, they have really good chicken. My favorites are the chicken sandwich and the nuggets. My husband, who is on the carnivore diet, even loved their grilled nuggets (they were pretty good I have to say).
Every order comes with a “goodie bag” with sauces, napkins, and even a few mints for when you are done. It’s never been a very long wait to get your food, either, which keeps me coming back!

It was an okay delux fried chicken sandwich. Better than McDonald’s, but mostly because of the sauce. The chicken was pretty hard. The fries were also not bad. But not that good. Veggies and sauce were very good.
The cook may have been having a bad day.

This was my first time visiting the Chick-fil-A in Duluth. I went through the drive-thru, and the attendant who greeted me at the menu board was extremely helpful and polite.
I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Meal, the Regular Chicken Deluxe Meal, and a Regular Chicken Sandwich Meal — all with waffle fries and a side of mac and cheese. Everything was great! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the buns were soft and had that slightly grilled taste that makes Chick-fil-A sandwiches stand out.
The only disappointment was the mac and cheese. It was mushy, lacked flavor, and had a layer of hard, dry cheese on top.
Overall, the food and service were excellent, and I’d definitely eat here again — just probably skip the mac and cheese next time.

A great surprise for me! Food is very good and priced just right. Sides are equally very good. For families with younger kids there’s place to play, which is great. It’s always busy and if you’re ok with a bit of friendly commotion it actually makes the experience that much nicer.

Very impressed. Great service, food was hot and delicious. They have 2 sinks for handwashing which was a wonderful add. There were vases at each table with FRESH REAL flowers. The workers were very friendly and helpful. It was very busy, yet food came out quick. Will be back for sure!

I was going through the drive thru and my finger was bleeding and my boyfriend asked if by any chance they had a band-aid and this sweet girl Karli ran and got me one. Relatively large Chick-fil-A, clean and well kept in general. Kids play area is a different configuration which was a nice change for the kids. Food was fresh and hot, service was attentive.

Horrible drive thru experience. Person could barely speak english and couldn’t understand me. He sounded like Himmy Wong feom ‘Good Morning Vietnam’. I thought it was a joke. He ruined our desire to try Chick-fil-A again. This is clearly a terrible management decision to put someone like that at a drive thru to take orders. Shameful.
