By far, the very best Chick-fil-A experience I have had, and that’s saying a lot, since most Chick-fil-A’s are exceptional.
What sets this one apart is the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the food.
I was greeted with a warm welcome by the gentleman mopping the floor. He made sure to take time to make sure I was aware the floor was slippery, even though there were signs, and watch to make sure I made it to the counter and my seat safely.
I felt truly valued as a customer, and watched as the staff genuinely took an interest in other customers, as well as being very friendly with the food delivery drivers that came in. That shows me that this operator has created a great team, which led to an outstanding experience. I can’t tell you how many times I have watched employees at other fast food establishments treat delivery drivers like trash. This was such a welcome sight to see them treated with respect here.
My food came out quickly, correctly, and was absolutely delicious!!
I definitely recommend that you give this location your business and experience the excellence for yourself.

I came here for breakfast for the first time today and I am so disappointed. I LOVE chikfila lunch/dinner menu. I was really excited for the biscuit chicken sandwich. I thought it would be the best of both worlds. The biscuit was really moist but the sandwich as a whole lacked flavor and was bland. I also don’t think the chicken was cooked properly as it wasn’t crispy like it usually is. I ate two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. The lemonade was still great as always! The service was also great except they asked if I had the app and then didn’t scan my phone.

This was my first time eating Chic Fillet and I’m 49 yo. I got the original chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The waffle fries were amazingly good and the chicken sandwich was middle of the road.

I’m sharing this due to its comedic value. I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Blaine and received a sandwich that had been overcooked, prompting me to ask for a refund. I suggested a gift card, for the sandwich, in the mail…apparently they don’t do that. I wasn’t driving back. The amusing aspect is that the representative repeatedly assured me that I would receive a credit refund within a few days. I struggled to convey that I had paid in cash, despite his access to the receipt. 2 phone calls, 3 different employees and 4 emails later. I feel compelled to respond and observe how long it would take for them to comprehend the situation and that cash won’t magically appear in my purse after a few days. And the email for an additional spicy chicken sandwich that he mentions in the email never came.

This is for the location in Blaine. They are always efficient and reliable. Ordered at the menu instead of mobile. The experience was the same and we received everything quickly and the food was fresh. My husband ordered chicken strips and I had the breakfast burrito. We both had sides, his were the waffle fries and mine were the hashbrowns. We will go again when we are in Blaine

I love Chick-fil-A! They have wonderful service, no matter if it is inside or drive through. The food is always hot and fresh. They have fun family nights and other events for veterans and more! Their Christian values put them over the top as well for me and always coming back for more.

Had a longer than usual drive through wait but they proactively gave a free sandwich card! They really do care about the guest experience! The customizable salads are the best here of any fast food place and the new frozen sodas are delicious and refreshing!

We ordered in advance 50 chicken sandwiches for an event. They were waiting for us in an insulated bag that included a plug-in heater. They provided everything we needed, offered to carry it out to our vehicle, and extremely helpful. This was the easiest and best event food experience we’ve had. And our guests all loved the hot chicken sandwiches. We found a new favorite option for fun party foods.

Very clean and spacious dining room area that has a decent amount of comfortable seating and facilities and a good outdoor seating area. The dine in counter is a bit on the small side and an interesting design choice. They did have a nicely designed pick up cubbie area for Door Dash, Uber Eats ect. With a monitor showing orders up and ready. Drive through looked well laid out and easy to navigate. It has a cool pass through door that looks convenient. The food was hot and delicious and employees were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend if in the area.

Aiden waited on me today and his service was excellent. It started with Aiden waking out from behind the counter to open the door for me. He had a pleasant smile and really understood the value of above and beyond customer service. I don’t think I’ve been treated so well as a customer in a fast food establishment. I ordered takeout for my husband and I. Our food was wonderful as usual and satisfied our craving for chicken. The chocolate chip cookies are off the chart good. We are not big. Fast food restaurant eaters but I would highly recommend the Blaine Chick-Fil-A!
