I’m not sure what the purpose of listing the items for your order on the bag is if it never makes it into the bag. I was under the assumption that if you order a granola parfait that the granola would be included. Not only is it never in the bag but I have even received a cookie one instead…… BBQ sauce seems to be a coveted item as well considering that seems to never make the bag as well. The food is great, wish I would get all the items I asked for in the future. If I could leave zero stars for order accuracy I would.

Service is always good at this location. But they’re not worth the price anymore. I never leave here full . Instantly regretted coming instead of going to Nupa across the street. Nupa has a chicken pita meal cooked fresh! Comes with fresh fries, fresh veggies, sauce, etc — all for like 13+ bucks! So much better than this place. The eight piece chicken nugget meal here is literally the equivalent of half a piece of chicken breast… wouldn’t say it’s a meal.

We LOVE CFA! This location always has great service. My only “con” would be the seating area. Alsoooo, I get that it gets busy, but more times than not the tables are still dirty from the previous people. I have been to other locations where they have some cleaning wipes out for use, if you need them. I wish this location would adopt that habit.

On this visit I was most impressed as I would expect from all of their restaurants. The most delicious chicken sandwich I ever had. They always have awesome customer service. “My Pleasure” the restaurant is always clean. They have a play area for younger children 54″ tall or less. I tried their diet lemonade for the first time- very good. Our family are regular customers and have never been disappointed.

As per usual, everyone who works here is super friendly and kind. However, I was blown away by everything at this particular location. Our food came out in ***UNDER 5 MINUTES!***, everything was cooked to perfection, and the manager even helped someone jumpstart their car. My best Chick-fil-A experience so far.

Came here last Saturday around 10:00am. Both drive-thru scanners were not working for us. We waited about 3 minutes behind a car before they pulled off and parked near the entrance to receive their food. We then continued waiting another 5+ minutes; during that time, three more cars lined up behind us, while about three vehicles in the regular drive-thru completed their orders and left.
We eventually pulled over and went inside, which took a few more minutes. There were only about four employees working. One person was very helpful and apologetic, but the employee handling the drive-thru car runs seemed distracted and not very aware of what was going on.
Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location, and the food was just mid.

My family and I eat at this location very often as we live nearby! I have zero complaints! My Food is always fresh & my order is Almost always made correctly if I have any problems, they fix it! The workers are very friendly Some even know us by name lol This is definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in MN.

Ordered two deluxe meals. Got plain chicken sandwiches with pickles. No lettuce, tomato, cheese. Nothing about it was deluxe. Terrible experience. Really annoyed I wasted my time and money. You should probably not employ teenagers to take orders and display orders on screens so the customer can tell if it’s rung up wrong like every other fast food restaurant.

Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A that I have ever had. I ordered the 4 piece tender. After my initial bite I knew something was off. It tasted terrible and the chicken was very dark. I took it inside and when I asked what it was the manager said it’s blood. Excuse me? They acted like it was no big deal and tried to send me on my way. When I asked for the manager they said no one was available. Shortly after eating I started experiencing stomach cramps. I was a frequent customer in Maple Grove but no more.

I’m in LOVE with their Mac & Cheese!! And I’ve even grown to like the chicken sandwich with cheese & pickles! The buns are always soft & fresh. If you haven’t tried their breakfast…Your missing out!!
