Please carefully inspect your food. My salad had lettuce that was spoiled. When I asked the manager whether this was safe to eat, he told me that for him it was. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal here and the experience was top tier. Just what you expect from chick fil a. The cashier was welcoming and nice. The food came quick and was very fresh. The chick fil a was also decorated very nicely with holidays decorations! I highly recommend chick fil a and this location.

I was here last week and ordered breakfast for curbside. I waited awhile but the employee was super kind and apologetic. I left and after I started eating it, I noticed the nugget inside the mini had a sizeable piece of metal cooked into it. It looked kind of like a large rounded staple. I drove back, walked in, and told the employee at the counter. They said they would remake the food. I gave back my whole bag of food and said I didn’t need them to remake them and I left. I was having a rough morning and didn’t have the energy. I am completely turned off to Chick-fil-a now. I deleted the app and won’t be returning.

This is the slowest CFA service I’ve ever experienced. And it’s consistently slow.
You know, I understand the business wants to make the mobile lane appealing to get more people to have the app on their phones and keep money stored on giftcards with them, but it really sucks for those who don’t want yet another app, who like speaking to humans to order, and don’t want to keep money banked in CFA giftcards.
The regular line is out of the parking lot regularly, and that big beautiful lane they closed to construct, just sits there empty.

Lobby was not busy and was still dirty. smells funky in the lobby. no bicycle rack for guests outside.

Ok the new line set up is NOT good! It use to be so fast but this new 2 lane – workers walking in front of cars — also perhaps people 2 and 3 cars down might get their food first which means they have to wait. It’s just really really bad. The old way was better customer service. I’ll say just one more thing — the drive thru staff doesn’t appear to be enjoying the whole process like they use to. They seem stressed.

Went to Chick- fil-a to get a coworkers food,not for me. I’ve never been inside before. Oder the food, and she never asked me for my name.i had a name tag on to. Went to the restroom to wash my hand. Came out and waited for 15 minutes on the bench. I guess the food was on their counter .The whole time. I would i know that? My coworkers said the food was cold.
