I love eating at Chick-fi-a and w I go there a lot. Normally I go inside to order and I never have any problems. But it’s been twice now that when I go through the drive through I am missing things or something has been replaced. Highly recommend going, but don’t use the drive through.

We stopped on our way to ValleyFair. The waffle fries are so flavorful & well-seasoned but not over seasoned. The chicken never disappoints that we finished eating it as we walked our way up to the park. The drive thru employees were very friendly. We were a little confused about exactly where to stop while waiting for the food at the pick up area. The lemonade was like none I’ve ever had, so tasty. Not overly sweet and definitely not sour, it was perfect! Will definitely have to stop again. So happy to see a restaurant run by good people of faith thrive. The food is superb every time we visit!

Ordered a catered meal online for a company event (nuggets, sandwiches, Mac & cheese, salad and cookies). When we went to pick it up the team members were very nice, brought it out to my car and double checked that we had everything. Food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it

Great food and great employees. Why I’ve waited this long to try them is beyond me. Everything is fresh and taste is on par. Employees are very courteous and attentive to detail other restaurants should take note and follow suit. The little note written on the bag really brought a smile to our face and reassured us we’ll make it through these apprehensive times.

I can’t even count how many times I’ve eaten here since it has opened. I’ve always had a good experience, hence why I keep coming back. Last week I placed an order to go (I live about 30 mins from this location). When I got home I was eating the food with my one year old daughter. I ended up finding this piece of plastic in the Mac and cheese that I was sharing with her. I didn’t even see it and found it while eating it because I felt the texture was off and spit it out. I don’t even want to think about what could have happened if my daughter swallowed this. Since I was at home (and 30 mins from the restaurant) I sent them a message on Facebook letting them know. After a few days without a response I emailed their email address. A few days later I got an email back from the franchise owner apologizing and saying they would look into. Which is great…but I was expecting a little more as chick fil a is known for their high ranking customer service. I think I should have at least be offered to have my meal comped for what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen but it doesn’t seem like they put in any effort to try and make this right. This is disappointing as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the last few years by dining in, carrying out, and placing multiple catering orders. I plan on frequenting a different franchise now.
