Expensive for what you get. $10 for 3 strips, some barely bigger than a sauce container. Fries not even full and extra greasy. Taste was good but the value for money is not there. Extremely disappointing.

Chick-fil-A is always a special treat when I’m visiting the states and I wish I could always come to this location. The staff here are fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was positive and helpful. The food was great. Despite it being a messy, slushy day outside the restaurant was clean with mopped floors and clean washrooms.

The place was packed after being open for a little over a week. So I had to wait 30 minutes to order my food but when I ordered. It was at my table in 5 minutes flat. Which is awesome with how many people were there. The customer service was great and friendly. The food was of good quality maybe a little bit too expensive. But overall the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and chocolate shake are good and the Chick-fil-A sauce is awesome. I would totally come back again.

Ordered a large amount of food ahead of time over the phone (23 different combos with sides and sodas). They had it all ready on time, bagged and labeled, no errors, and even helped carry it out to the car. Amazing service and will hit them up for the next large group outing!

I come here for lunch or breakfast about once a week. I really appreciate the Mobile Lane. I’ve never experienced an error on a Mobile pickup order, including condiments. The staff is always friendly and obviously well trained. Their competitors can definitely learn from this place’s drive up and mobile lane experience.

We always have a great experience here. The food is delicious and the people are very friendly. Today when we were going through the drive through we were talking with one of the ladies working there and ended up driving off without out drinks. We were turning around to go back and get them only to find her running through the parking lot to give them to us. This is going above and beyond.

Ordered the frozen lemonade & grilled chicken wrap which is served cold. They did forget to had this to me in drive thru along with our other bag with the spicy deluxe chicken meal. Which this does have a good amount of spiciness to it but delicious especially with their sauce. We did go back & get the other bag & they apologized for it. The grilled chicken wrap is delicious with or without sauce either way. Cost was $22 & change. They get you through quite quickly with excellent customer service, very polite & helpful.

The food was good but we got the wrong sandwiches and because it was to go we didn’t know until we got home. I used points for a large waffle fries , or so I thought since the young guy scanned my phone but on the receipt I was charged for them . Usually they are very good here. In future we will have to check our order thoroughly before leaving.
