#1 The funniest reviews are about the size of the nuggets. This is their normal and ok. U like big process or steroid nuggets, other options exist. Natural breast are $ & not huge. If huge u pay $20 for those strips. #2 A NC store would NEVER hand you cheese in a cup, they would remake your sandwich and express remorse while telling you their pleasure to fix it.
I can see service issues in the mid west region compared to the Southern home of Chick-fil-A. I lived in North Carolina for 20 years (From New York City– didnt grow up with Chick-fil-A or Coluvers. I grew up on Popeyes and KFC). Chick-fil-A pride centers with their service, quality and speed. Bad habits may hurt this transition out of their home region. Maybe Chick-fil-A should have done a better job with that. Pop up trainers so store are not tempted to cut corners. Or hired supervisors from NC to be a GM in the mid west…. and paid their relocation……. otherwise the risk of the brand suffering is a real one.

The food was really good but I spilled the lemonade spend about $10 per person. It’s always hot and fresh the youth working here are very nice and never call me “honey” “sweetie” or any other name other than the one I provide .

Sat in line since 10:22, once finally up to the drive through to order at 10:30 exactly, with the breakfast menu still up outside. I placed my order at the exact time it turned 10:31. They then proceeded to tell me that they were no longer serving breakfast. Even though I ordered at 10:30 and the breakfast menu was still up outside. I’ve been coming here for a long long time. You just lost a customer. I will not be supporting this place anymore.

Ordered a spicy deluxe ADD Colby Jack cheese. We were charged 30 cents, and the sandwich came out wrong, without the Colby jack. When I went in to ask for a remake, I was instead given a single cold piece of Colby jack cheese in a container. Actually absurd.

especially the chicken strips and the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries.
chicken is so juicy and fresh breast. And it costs me around $13 for all of these and it was out quick as well. Staff were polite and teenagers. Sometimes I see staff talking to themselves and make little delay, but here they were quick. I liked it.

Chick-Fil-A is possibly the greatest overall fast food restaurant. For this one, I got the chance to go through the drive-thru and it was an experience, to say the least. The order taker did not say “my pleasure” like the store’s policy requires and he did not repeat the order back to me resulting in an incorrect order. I was in a hurry so I chose not to just take the tomato off. The overall wait time from entering the line to getting my food was around 15 mins so not super bad but they could do better. The parking lot seemed really clean and it was relatively busy. I give this establishment a 3 out of 5 since their order-taking, hospitality, and time were below expectations.

Is not the first time it happened, but I will mention this event happened today around 3 pm I got my order taken, I paid, and I wait, the attendant asked me to move forward, I did it. 5 cars went by with their food, so I stepped out of my vehicle to ask for my order, the attendant was not happy with my question. Her answer was ( not everyone ordered the same thing). 5 more cars passed by with their food. Honestly I don’t mind to wait, but 15 minutes waiting for fast food seems a little too long. The costumer service not the best. S

While dining in tonight, a tornado warning was issued. They invited all patrons to join the staff in the kitchen for shelter, until given the all clear. Bathrooms were also available, for shelter. The staff had a great attitude. Jacob S brought chairs and tables into the kitchen to help provide comfort for patrons, as well as some games for people to pass the time. Jacob also repeatedly checked to see if anyone needed anything. Another staff member came around with cookies for the customers. After roughly an hour, the all clear was given and Jacob offered to remake anyone’s meals, if they didn’t have a chance to eat their food while it was warm. Incredible experience in a dim time!

They’ve now messed up 3 of my last 5 orders here at this location. Very simple orders. I’ve never experienced issues at any CFA other than this one. I can’t be the only one experiencing this. As well as extremely long wait times for drive thru. I understand a mess up here and there but it’s becoming a normal thing here. The quality of the food has also really gone downhill over the last year or so too.
