This location is drive-through only with no inside seating. The waits can get backed up fairly far, but the staff is friendly and gets the lines moving as efficiently as possible with mobile, ordering throughout the cars. The food of course is delicious. Also, if the Brewers score in the fourth inning, you get a free chicken sandwich in the app.

If what you need is a chicken sandwich look no further. There will almost always be a long line here, Staff is decent and takes orders fast. Pretty disappointed they built it with no dine in, only drive through.

So excited for a new location on the East side of Milwaukee! The crazy sharp turn pulling in was surprising for a new store. My breakfast sandwich was delicious, sausage & biscuit very good as usual! Unfortunately, my husband’s spicy chicken was not spicy and dry, he didn’t get ketchup and his Diet Cole drink had no syrup. It was busy, but the service was friendly & efficient. I’ll try again, but my hubby is out.

Chick-fil-A really missed an opportunity here by not finding a big enough site for an actual restaurant. If you decide to brave the long wait, BEWARE of the horribly rough driveway entry! It’s inexcusable for a brand new site! The portion size in my breakfast bowl was also noticeably smaller than at other locations, and despite my request for “light ice” the cup was almost half ice. Then I tried to leave feedback on the app, but it froze in a loop. There is also no advantage at all in using the app. I really enjoy their food, but I won’t be going to this location again.

This is the 3rd time I did not receive my orange juice. I’m always on the interstate and miles away when I discover that it’s not in the bag. It’s MY bad for not checking it after the 1st time. The food is great. But check your order before you leave! I’m done with this location.

Me and my grandchildren went to chick fil a to get some food yesterday evening around 7pm. We ordered a sandwich, tenders, and some drinks. They said please pull forward for our food which we understood. After waiting a while we got our food and 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered. The lady that handed our food said she would be back with the sprite. We waited 5 minutes and she never came so I asked another person to go get my grandson’s sprite. We waited a little bit longer and we saw that both the employees we asked to bring our sprite were handing others their food. I finally decided enough was enough and had to open my window and tell the lady to get my sprite. I am very disappointed with this Chick fil a. We always go to chick fil a and this is the first time this has every happened, very disappointed.
