We don’t get to Cedar Rapids very often, and after a long day of appts/shopping where customer service felt cold and disconnected, stopping at this Chick-fil-A was honestly refreshing. From the moment we walked in, it was a complete 180 from what we’d experienced everywhere else that day.
The store was clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, and it truly felt like they were happy to see us. A young man at the counter was kind and attentive, and someone even came around to check on us while we were eating — something you just don’t see much anymore.
In today’s world, great customer service stands out more than ever, and this location absolutely nailed it. Thank you for turning our day around.

I’ve been here a couple of times. It’s quite clean and food is served fresh. I only take points away because on my last visit about a week or so ago; a gentleman with longish curly hair in a Chick-fil-A chef’s jacket kept clearing his throat and spitting as he walked towards the restaurant. That left me feeling so disgusted after a delicious meal.

Sandwich was missing from my online order (first time online order). I know, I should have checked. Not the end of the world. Problem is, in order to get a refund you have to call the store. Online or app will only give you another sandwich. Ofcourse, you will have to drive back to pick up the sandwich which they graciously offer with a redemption code. Lots of hoops to get a refund for a missing sandwich. I guess that will be my last order from them. They are other restaurants who have a better and more professional online presence.

Stopped here Friday night on the way to family’s house for the holidays and got a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken was not cooked all the way (which I did not notice soon enough assuming a chicken place knows how to cook chicken) and got food poisoning. Nothing like spending the first night at your family’s house with food poisoning. Will definitely never eat there again and would encourage others to check their food before eating.
