Used to be one of my favorite spots to eat. As of recent, every time something comes up with my order. Just tried again today 01/14/2026; there was some mix up and someone else grabbed my curbside pickup order? Called and spoke to Emma who explained and said that they were re-making it. Would’ve been nice to get a call instead of waiting longer for my order to come out. When it finally came out the kid that brought it out said there was some treats in the bag to make up for the mixup. There was nothing extra in the bag. Raisin Cane’s from now on.

I’ve always had good service and food here but it is in a mall, so the atmosphere can be a little hectic sometimes. It’s also really hard to find a clean table when the mall is busy. They’ve recently changed the Kale Crunch Salad side to one large size and made it an upcharge. This is wasteful (amount of food wise, as well as money wise) and they tend to put too much dressing on the Kale Crunch Salad. I’m not sure why the dressing doesn’t come on the side like the other toppings. These are obviously company wide issues and not specific to this location but it will definitely deter me from getting meals in the future. Pictured is a meal of an Original Sandwich with the Kale Crunch Salad and a Drink.

Had over a $300 catering order and it was not ready for thirty minutes after the pick up time. Lady who handed it to me was very disrespectful and did not allow me to check my order, then when i proceeded to check my order she continued to yell names louder than they had been the entire time despite there being only a handful of other people in the area. And continued to have a terrible attitude. This is the second time i’ve had an experience like this with a catering order so sadly will not be returning due to disrespectful staff.

I personally love Chick-fil-A. However, this particular restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. Had an extremely poor interaction with the employees. They ignored me for over 20 minutes after having placed and received a previous order. So my food got to sit and get nice and cold and soggy. I had placed a second mobile order to get an additional food item. However, I was ignored by the staff for 20+ minutes and had to force my way to the register and demand service. Once I did that they helped me.
