Unfortunately I had a meal a week ago and the chicken was raw, I called spoke with a manager they took my info and said it would be replaced on my next visit, today’s manager didn’t believe me even though I had pictures I had to pay for the food I asked was it done he told me yes it was cooked 15-30 minutes ago I was so upset I just pulled off.

i had ordered door dash through them and when i received my order the bag was sealed. when i opened it there was no fries and i only had a drink and my chicken nugget meal. as well as my chicken was cold. it was over 16$. i called chic fil a in west des moin to complain about the issues i was having and was met with disrespect when the person on the phone said “that’s a doordash problem” and hung up the phone. this is the worst expirience with them and they were not willing to refund me for just the cost of the meal. i’m very disappointed and upset.

West Des Moines location stopped delivering and now uses door dash – not worth the $20 delivery fee!!!!! We used to order weekly at work because it’s what is close and we don’t really even get a lunch so it’s eat on the run. With that said we will no longer order until they make changes. The chicken arrived cold and chewy (tendons and gristly) and of course the fries were awful, soggy and cold. 25 bucks for a fry and 8 mini nuggets that ended up in the trash.

Long winded review ahead-
After forgetting to take out dinner this morning we decided on chicken for dinner, when our original choice closed at 4p we opted for the one and only Chick-fil-A. I submitted an order online and arrived roughly 10 minutes before they closed for pick up. 2 minutes to closing I get a phone call verifying where I’m parked only to realize I idiotically went to the wrong location, instead of telling me “tough luck, we’re closed” they said no worries drive on over and give us a call, we’ll bring it out! As a mama with 2 hungry under 5s and a very fussy 10 week old in my back seat I am both relieved and so grateful for the exceptional service and kindness the staff showed me today. Food was hot and delicious when we got it home.
