The service was incredibly fast, fresh and amazing! The highlight of the visit was Michelle in the drive-thru, what a bright light! I had a short wait for biscuits and watched her interact with customers and co-workers, Chik-fil-a is blessed to have her! She loves what she does and it shows. If you get a chance to have her wait on you, tell her she doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep shining, Michelle!!

What can I say – typical top-tier service and great food quality. Harrison was our cashier and handled my large family order with ease and professionalism.

Best Chick-fil-A Experience Yet!
I recently visited Chick-fil-A in Traverse City and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was great, it was clean, inviting, and the design slightly edges out other Chick-fil-As I’ve been to. It felt like a step up in both layout and aesthetic.
Service was quick and friendly, true to Chick-fil-A’s reputation, and my order was accurate and fresh. No complaints at all on the food or hospitality.
Pros:
Great atmosphere
Fast, friendly service
Accurate order
Cons:
Turning left out of the parking lot is a bit tricky, just something to be aware of during busier hours
Would definitely come back when in town. A solid experience all around… especially since it’s the only one around!

This location is always friendly, efficient, and their food is excellent! We go here often and they make you feel like family. The owner even is often seen helping out. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Wonderful food and customer service. I picked up a catering order this morning and it was ready when I arrived in a convenient carry bag. When I looked inside to check my order, which was perfect, there was a hand written note saying thank you and that they appreciated my order. First class.

While on vacation we stopped at this location for breakfast. It was on 9/18/2025 at about 7:05 AM. The food was good, which we expected because we are never disappointed with Chick-fil-A. The best part was the lady working the drive through. She was so much fun! I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her more of a shout out! We were in Jeeps and she said she couldn’t give us a Duck Duck Jeep but she could give us a Pow Pow Cow and she gave our grandsons each one of the little stuffed cows! We will be talking about her every time we talk about this vacation for years to come!
