Leo provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at Chick-fil-A (or anywhere, honestly). From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. He didn’t just take my order—he made sure everything was correct, answered questions with patience, and kept a positive attitude the entire time.
What really stood out was how intentional and respectful he was. You can tell Leo takes pride in his work and cares about creating a great experience for customers. Employees like him set the standard for what Chick-fil-A represents.
Leo is the kind of team member who deserves recognition, a raise, and a spot on the Team Award Winner wall. Please make sure his leadership knows what an asset he is to your store.

Chick fila is always a go to no matter what… This chick fila is next level though. The service is great and Jim is a very outgoing and caring guy, always connects with me when im in there doing work and all of the staff there carry themselves very well! 10/10

Double check when you order a large fry. They dont always fill the container like they should. I ordered only a large fry, saw how “full” it was and went back and got a medium to compare. They’re literally the same amount so maybe just oder a medium fry to save yourself the disappointment.

This was by far the best fast food meal I’ve ever had! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal with a side of Mac and Cheese and everything tasted delicious. Not only that but the person who took my order, a young woman named Brooklyn, was absolutely lovely. She greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful despite the overwhelming dinner rush which I’m sure was stressful. Those in the back made my meal so quick that I hardly even had gotten my coat off in the booth before the young lady who took my order brought it out to my table. I want to stress just how busy the restaurant was at the time because I’ve never eaten at a fast food restaurant that had food ready that quickly during a mild dinner rush let alone one that was massive. Not sure if every restaurant operates like this or if it’s just this particular one but I was impressed. Corporate, keep take a peak at this location because whatever they’re doing, copy it everywhere. Great job guys!

Food was decent, but I think the fryer oil needed to be changed. Service was great, but it took a long time to order because they only had one person working register on a busy Saturday afternoon, and there were about 15 people inside in line waiting to order before they finally brought out a 2nd person.

Been coming here for many years and last few times has been the same fries are like rubber and dry the mac & cheese taste like chemical cleaning solution/bleach got poured into the Mac and cheese mix. Last few weeks, Ben the same did not complain till today. Yes I did have them replace the mac & cheese with a house salad and they do not carry French dressing.

Manager came out and told four African kids to leave due to them making videos on the outside patio. As guests this was disturbing because we were sitting right by the window and they were not disturbing us and there were no other guests outside. Both my husband and I felt this was racially motivated. One of the kids left their backpack and so my husband ran and gave it to him, and he was very respectful. The action taken by this team was unnecessary and disgusting. I’m sorely disappointed with the “hospitality” that Chick-fil-A likes to claim.
