Great food and excellent service!!! Becca was our cashier and she was SO kind, smiling the entire time, and knowledgeable about what the pro-tips are for add-ons to enhance our food (jelly on the breakfast biscuit sandwich, honey onto chicken minis). Food was out fast and service was excellent. The interior was clean and it was beautiful to see the vases of flowers on each table (shout out to Maggie’s Flowers out of Door). I’m so glad we decided to come inside to enjoy our food instead of going through the drive through!

Placed a mobile order this morning with plenty of time before, mobile line was very backed up, waited about 25 mins before I was able to scan and by the time I could scan my order it was 10:33am and past time and my order had been cancelled. Proceeded to the front and was very polite, was offered to place a lunch order, so I did so but was rushed through it, Meanwhile the cars behind me were being prioritized and offered breakfast that was left over. I’ve never had this big of an issue with the Chick fil a on edgeknoll rd, it’s always been a favorite of mine, but my experience this morning really made me look a different way.

Normally the food is very good, though, I have had issues at this location before. However, tonight we came in to try the new floats and frosted drinks with our meals. Both the frosted Dr Pepper & Coke float tasted off and with very little flavor.
We politely asked the staff if we could have them remade with another soda and were immediately told no. I then asked if we could have regular sodas instead even though we paid extra. We were also told no.
After having previously had issues with their breakfast items and especially the iced coffees, I will not return to this location. I’ve never had these issues at another location and at least elsewhere they have good customer service and resolve simple issues.

This might be the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to! The service was outstanding. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even going out of their way to open doors for guests. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The dining area was spotless, and I loved that they even offer games to play while you eat. I wish I lived closer so I could join their Bingo and Trivia nights.

Normally I’d rate this place 5 stars as the workers are always very kind. However, we always bring my dog with us through the drive through and she gets so excited because she knows she gets a pup cup. Recently, when I asked for one, I was told the new management does not allow pup cups anymore. To me that is total BS, is a small cup of whip cream really that expensive that you can’t do it anymore? At least allow me the option to pay for it and I would. I’m disappointed in this new management for taking away such a small thing, I mean how heartless do you have to be?

This place used to be awesome, recently the chicken in the sandwiches is drastically smaller. For the money it is not worth it. Now, Popeyes is much better. Even, the Caffeine Free Diet Coke is gone, which sucks. Definitely not worth the money.

5/5 all the way around. Good food, good people. The only thing I don’t like is the parking lot lights. It’s not centered which is because of that sidewalk but I guess that was a planning flaw back during the opening years back. But the food trumps that small thing.

If you like ranch on your salad I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. They forgot 2 avocado, lime ranch and when I called they said come back or there’s nothing they can do. I also believe they forgot the toppings ♂️.
