ME: OMG…I hope they stay busy and dont just close up after a short time!
We chose the drive thru. The ordering with the intercom was HORRIBLE! The girl taking our order either didnt know how to use her headset or the intercom wasnt working right because she couldnt hear anything we were saying. We had to repeat EVERYTHING and she still got it wrong. We pull up to the window and they tell us to pull forward because we have to wait. 15 mins later they bring us our order but its wrong. I tell them and they take it back. Now we’ve been sitting 20 mins total and finally they bring it out corrected, with attitude!
HELLO…We’re the ones sitting for 20 mins for FAST FOOD. It was your mistakes.
Anyway…The food was great but the service needs all the help they can get. And I KNOW its a new location…but I drove to Saginaw when they first opened and got thru a line out onto the street in 35 mins. So I know they can do and be better.

Absolutely awesome! I have been here a few times since the opening and I have been impressed each time. The workers are kind and attentive and the food is amazing. I love finally having a fast food place that offers grilled chicken options and even more when it comes with delicious waffle fries and a diet Dr. pepper! When I came here to pick up a DoorDash order during rush hour the employees problem solved and stayed positive in the midst of chaos. Very impressed!

Not sure what all the hubbub is about this chain ? I gave it a fair shot and it’s a fast food chain just like the rest of them .
First time I went I had a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich, that was actually pretty good . Only one size coffee is pretty disappointing.
Had the spicy chicken sandwich for lunch one day and it was like kfc , i definitely wasn’t blown away .
Next time I went I got the nuggets my friend raved about , ok , again not the best ever but at least it’s real chicken. The fries are ok , they were not greasy but had a greasy taste.
Overall the menu is disappointing, it’s very limited to all chicken which is frustrating they don’t offer spicy nuggets or strips , which is what I prefer.
I’m not saying anything was bad , it just didn’t blow me away and I’m not going to go out of my way to eat there unless it’s breakfast.

I pull up, no one helping with names or orders. I say Steve three times, Steven twice… somehow I think he heard Keeban.
12 minutes later: “Your order got lost in the system.”
They take my payment at the window and ask me to pull ahead.
I ask, “Can I at least get my drink?”
Response (louder, not better): “We’ll bring it ALL out.”
6 minutes later… they hand my order to the car behind me like it’s a prize for patience.
The “sorry for the wait” felt forced, and the whole thing was terribly unorganized — not the Chick-fil-A experience people expect.

Fantastic Grand Opening! Ordered for late night and it was still busy, but the service was fast and friendly! Food was made correctly and super hot. We ended up getting a slew of different products and they did not disappoint. Definitely going back tonight for round 2, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is on point in my opinion. Also got my cats the grilled chicken nuggets and they enjoyed it as well!

We had a fantastic experience grabbing drive-thru! Even though we were on the go, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. The Chick-fil-A Sandwich with American cheese was delicious, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich hit the spot. We especially appreciated that the food wasn’t too greasy, which can be hard to find with fast food, it felt like a great value and definitely worth the money.
But the real highlight was how much my one-year-old enjoyed his meal! He absolutely loved the grilled nuggets and the fresh apples in the fruit cup. Between the apple juice and the ice cream treat, he was one happy little guy!
We couldn’t get enough of the Chick-fil-A sauce,we absolutely love it and it makes everything better. The drive-thru was efficient, and it’s so nice to have a reliable spot where the whole family can truly enjoy a meal together. We’ll definitely be back!

So far it is great! Just like the one in Columbia Tennessee! Except this location salts their waffle fries better. My wife had the #1 and I had the #2 our 1yr old enjoyed his own fruit bowl and grilled chicken bites! He loved all of it and was able to chew it without us cutting it more. I like that they went with organic juice.

Been here 3 times since open. Some minor thing is always wrong. Missing cheese or asked for no tomato and it has it. Today was no bacon on the club. Stopped a food runner and was told I need a manager and they ran off. Told the register girl between her orders and was ignored. Went and ate my sandwich with no bacon, but paid for it. Do better.
