I finally made it to the area before lunchtime and saw there was no line, so I gave the drive-through a shot. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries and an à la carte order of 4 chicken tenders with Chick-fil-A sauce. The waffle fries were perfect. Crisp, hot, and delicious. The sandwich was good, but I think Popeyes is better. The chicken strips were symmetrical and good, but pricey for what you get.
Large, long drive through with a confusing entrance and exit. Very friendly staff. I don’t think it lives up to the hype. I would come back again and try a dine-in meal.

Person taking my order inside got it wrong. But honest mistake. The sandwich was a small piece of chicken that was mostly burnt batter. Also they just put a piece of cold cheese on the sandwich. Wasn’t warm or melting at all.
It’s clean but, probably one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve had. Chick fil A back on the east coast are much better.

Yum, yum, yum For my 1st experience here (celebrating my twin & my birthday), it was a great experience!! First of all, we went inside off a tip from the manager there, which was positive (looked nice, clean, and inviting). Second, our food took less than 20min to come out to us (we were given a table stand and someone brought our food to us), & based on word of mouth from many others, we were expecting a 40-45min wait. Third, our food not only LOOKED like the pictures, which is RARE for a fast food, but it tasted great & fresh (not like it sat under a warmer a while, or looked like it was smash-made). Finally, there was a server who walked the floor asking how our food was & if we needed anything, wow It felt like a blend between a fast-food & a restaurant, & I admit it felt really nice They definitely have lines both in the 2 lane drive-thru, & inside, but it moved at a steady pace, which is great for how busy they are, they do a great job!! This was for a Monday lunch rush too Will definitely come back

Speed and service was good. I just don’t get the hype over the food. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches (not the deluxe one and no sides) and a pop and it cost over $15. It was decent, but nothing to go nuts over like some people do, just overpriced IMO for what you get.

I did not rate the atmosphere because I used the drive-thru.
I have never used Chick-fil-A drive-thru until today. What should have taken maybe 2 minutes, took over five I think because of problems with orders ahead of me.
The food was good as usual. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the best in the world!

Great service and wonderful way of making the line flow. Certainly worth the wait! I love the diet lemonade and limeade. We used to visit Chick Fil A on road trips but now we don’t have to wait to travel to visit one now that there’s one in Saginaw. I’m so happy that we finally have one in the area. Love the fruit cups as a healthier side option!

We agreed to sit in the line for however long it took on one of the first few days it was open. The line stretched all the way out on Tittabawassee. But to our suprise we didnt sit for as long as we anticipated. Just under 45mins from the street.
The line was moving pretty orderly and quick. The crew was on top of their game. Our order was taken, confirmed further ahead and the food we recieved was made fresh. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!! For just opening, you all did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!!

Can’t say enough about our great experience today! Amazed at how quickly the line moved, friendly service (including several stops by our table to see if we needed anything), and our kids even got little cow stuffed animals! (probably related to the opening of this location) Highly recommend. 🙂
