It is always so warm welcoming walking into this store. I must say it was fast to get my food and it was still nice and hot. The workers there are so polite and generous with calling me ma’am, I dont mind it at all as im trying to raise kids to respect others! Great job Chick-f- A

Honestly a great chicken filet experience. My chicken was tender, moist, juicy, moist, and tasty. However, my van mates turned their nose up at where I wanted to eat: white castle. Yeah I get it, people love chicken filet. But I love white castle. Have some respect for your elders. That’s what I wanted. Just cause Chris has a “heart condition” doesn’t mean he always gets what he wants. The chicken was moist. So good. So moist. Chris was okay with the gluten intolerant ciliac “disease” option. I wanted white castle. Compromises were made. A great chicken experience. Would highly recommend. 5 out 5. Good bathroom.

Ok the chicken, service and atmosphere were all pretty good. The ridiculous thing was the size of the four tenders which should be called large nuggets. The kicker was the price for the 4 piece meal was $12 and change. At KFC for less than this price you get a four piece meal (breast, leg,thigh and wing) with two mashed potatoes/gravy with a biscuit for $10 plus tax. Obviously I won’t be back.

I throughly enjoyed my catering experience with Woodhaven Chick-fil-A, speaking with John a few times on the phone, and he himself delivering the food, dining utensils, plates, napkins, cups all the things, the food was hot and on time, so Lovely! Thank you so much for you genorus kind service. We look forward to coming in again and again. And will think of you for future lunch catering events! Nico who was running the front was absolutely so amazing I can’t recommend a better staff member. He was so sweet and kind, great attitude, just over all amazing. Asked how my day was, even took over a transaction for someone who spoke Spanish. Such a great guy.

I tried their new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and would absolutely order again! The sandwich had a flavorful “kick” compliment of the jalapeños but not too spicy, thereby you can enjoy the flavors. The cheddar cheese was the perfect cheese for this sandwich. You can eat “as is” no additional sauces needed unless you crave for even more flavors!

Frequent visitor to this location, never had any issues. Today I went through the drive through, and got my food. As I’m driving away I see an employee running across the grass waving a chicken sandwich in the air. Turns out they put the wrong food in my bag, but luckily employee Ben decided to run after me to make sure I got my chicken sandwich. After working all day and driving an hour home that meant a lot to a hungry guy like me. Sometimes that spicy chicken sandwich makes or breaks the rest of my evening. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves; thanks Ben! – Johan

Worst customer service ever purchase a salad not the first time this has happened pay for extra topping. When they didn’t add the toppings.they say I didn’t request it. I show them the receipt . That clearly shows the request and payment. So they Make up another reason on why it’s correct and still wanted me to come out of more money. Manager that came to the car was very rude/ condescending. First rule of customer service is never to address a customer as hun or sweetie.
