I ordered online 45 minutes in advance to beat the traffic and to have it ready when I got there and I got there and my order was not ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. This is the 2nd time this has happen to me. Also there’s no drive thru , shouldn’t this make the restaurant more efficient / fast? I also ordered a 6 cookie count and was given 5.

We got lunch here on a fairly calm Tuesday, and it was lovely. They took our order while we were still in line, so it got put in before we reached the register. It came out about as quickly as we’d expect, and the food was hot and tasty. The table service was really good as well. I’d definitely dine in again (on one of these less busy days and hours).

I think this is only the second time I’ve ever written a review—I usually don’t—but this place really deserved it. The food and the atmosphere were so good that my wife and daughter truly enjoyed their time there. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

They even offer a baby chair, which was a big plus. The staff and managers actually care—they make sure you get the right food, clean the tables right away, and check in to see if everything is good. The food didn’t take long at all to come out, and it was delicious.

Honestly, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Even if you see a low review here and there, you can tell they genuinely want to improve and do better. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Waited 15mins for a 12pc nugget entree. There were people waiting longer than I have and all they ordered was a gallon of lemonade.
Then I only recieve one BBQ sauce for it that didnt even cover half of the nuggets. And my 12pc was an 11pc and a crumb. Going back in to get it corrected would have been a waste of time considering how leisure they were moving. Wont be back.

Order my food ahead of time on the app, which why even have that if you don’t start the food until we arrive. I waited 35 minutes to get my food, again when I ordered ahead. It was crowded shoulder to shoulder waiting for orders. They kept giving delivery drivers first service over others. And when we got back in the car my fry box wasn’t even fully filled like normal. Food tasted like every chicfila but I don’t think I’ll come back with how long it takes to get anything. If things don’t change this place isn’t going to last.

We’ve been waiting on our food for 40 minutes why a man that was bringing food out saw some people he knew and said I’m sitting down. He told them them I’m volunteering my work anyway Yeah, and this guy either the district manager owner or whoever he is said I don’t care. I’m sitting down. I’m I’m not getting paid anyway.

**writing this review while I’m in the parking lot, having waited officially 1 HOUR for food**
I have many kids in the car, some sick, some with ear infections and a lot of crying. Have already gone inside one to check on order. They said 5 more minutes… it’s been another 20. My mind is blown and we will never be coming back.

**edit: my 12 year old went in to check on it… he ended up having to bring it curbside himself.** Cold food and an HOUR wait.

This is the worst location for a Chick-fil-A. Even without the drive-through, the traffic in and out of this parking lot is insane. Despite having many curbside pick up spots, not a single one is open, and all of the extra spaces are filled as well. Tell me why at 3pm, every single space was filled, and the line of people coming in and out of the parking lot just kept getting longer.
When I saw the proposed location for a Chick-fil-A in Ann Arbor, I thought ‘that is the worst place to put a Chick-fil-A’. This stretch of Washtenaw is already extremely congested and now this is just adds to it.
I normally drive to Northville to get Chick-fil-A. The amount of time that I spent getting to this Chick-fil-A location and sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order… I could have driven to Northville got our food and driven back home. What a waste of time and a headache. I cannot understand how this location got approved for a Chick-fil-A. Major fail.

I ate there as a dine-in customer this time just cuz I know it’s a new restaurant that got built where the old Denny’s used to be and I’m very familiar with Chick-fil-A because I grew up in the south and they were everywhere in the south including my hometown multiple ones in my hometown but this is only Chick-fil-A like around and that in this particular area You know there might be one like on campus and Eastern campus and Ypsilanti and there might be one on campus and University of Michigan but there’s not a ton of Chick-fil-A’s around and I’m not even positive about the two that I just said might be on campus but the point is only public one that’s you know like super public is the one that was built where the old Denny’s was on Washington avenue and you know it just recently opened which is the one I’m reviewing now and I just want to say for a recently opened restaurant and they have definitely got it together their customer service was top notch they were getting everything ordered taken quickly and easily and they were also you know getting those orders actually cooked and put out to people fairly quickly you know it wasn’t the quickest in the world but it was fairly quick and you got to understand again it’s new the people they are still training getting faster but on top of that like it’s also really busy because it’s new so the amount of foot traffic they have right now it being very busy also delays you know how quick to other service you’re going to get but they did make sure their service was good so even though they they were pretty quick but you know perhaps not quick enough but they’ll get there but that’s why I’m not taking anything away from them because they’re new and I want to give them time to get better at being quick but even though they were slightly under speed they did not sacrifice quality at all they’re they’re orders were accurate and nobody messed up an order while I was there at all no complaints while I was there at all for me or anyone else in the building while I was there no one complained and that’s because I think they were getting everybody’s you know order correct and that’s almost more important than actually getting it fast so in fact I think it is more important than getting it fast even though it’s fast food technically. Anyways in regardless how you feel about the owners of Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A does serve good quality food that’s fairly healthy obviously as fast food so it’s not going to be like super healthy but compared to other fast food restaurants like you know the major ones like McDonald’s Burger Kings and places like that I’ve checked and Chick-fil-A has less artificial things and almost everything even though they don’t necessarily advertise that all the time and they definitely have you know less you know they have better they’re honestly almost every meal you buy from Chick-fil-A is also healthier than almost any meal you would buy from McDonald’s or Burger King so that’s another plus they have going from for them so you know if you like Chick-fil-A you should feel good about the fact that you’re not eating things that are as bad as some other fast food places and also you know I don’t know I just always felt Chick-fil-A was the closest thing to having like going home country cooking in a fast food restaurant like it’s not the same at all I understand but like it’s the closest to having down home cooking like in a fast food restaurant because you know the only other thing that comes to mind as far as major chain fast food cooking would be trick not Chick-fil-A but cracker barrel and cracker barrel is not like a drive-thru or anything so anyways I’ll stop talking now I know I talk to too long and I apologize for that but yeah I’m going to give this particular Chick-fil-A five stars because at least up to this point their management does a great job their staff does a great job in the building is brand new and top-notch and clean the buildings kindly even though they’re swamped all the time so that’s hard to do that’s hard for the employees to keep clean.

I don’t know what Joyce’s problem is but it seems like her idea of service and Chick fil a’s standards are vastly different. She continues to fail not only her employers but the Chick Fil A brand. She’s a liability and a risk to the Chick Fil A brand and needs to be retrained in Georgia and monitored to make sure she maintains the standard. This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to and not even remotely close to others and it’s because of the falue of leadership.

Multiple times now delivered food was not sealed and items were missing. Joyce. I know Andrew. Infact I already spoken with him.

Congratulations, you’re the only Chick-fil-A that has ever given me the worst experience of my life. I waited 30 minutes, and every time I asked, I was told my order wasn’t ready. Then, someone finally checked only to find out my food had been sitting there the whole time. They did a ‘remade,’ but they gave me a regular sandwich instead of the spicy one I ordered. Absolute worst experience. I’d rather drive 40 minutes to another location than ever come back here.
