I was there the other night when Jordan was on the floor working, and there was a bingo night going on. He was extremely helpful the whole time.. super friendly, patient, and just had great energy even with everything going on. You could tell he was really on top of things and making sure everyone was taken care of. He honestly made the experience way better. Shoutout to Jordan!

Every time has been a very pleasant experience!!! Love the food and how perfect the fries are, the employees are friendly, and if there is a line, it tends to move quick!! The spot for my favorite waffle fries So glad they built one nearby!!!

What a great experience. As an Orlando native I’m well aware how the food should taste and how their amazing customer service is. This location is no different. Was immediately greeted by Lindsey upon walking in. Also talked Bill and he gave me a great drink recommendation which I ordered and it did not disappoint. I will be back ti this location just for Lindsey and Bill. They both deserve a raise.

Nothing like my first time, ever, at a chic-fil-a, spent over $40 with my kids, no sauces were given, and I asked the girl who rang us up for sauce, we got nuggets…. no straws eithrt… I thought chic-fil-a was supposed to be superior customer service… I guess I’ll stick with one of the other 10 places around for chicken. Again, over $40 for me and my kids…. I live 25 minutes away,so I didn’t see I was missing things until I got home….

Got the best food from the best employee. Savannah shone like a beacon in her drive through booth and gently guided me through the ocean of a menu. Only complaint is that she didn’t hand feed me each fry.

Excellent service here, fast and gracious. The food was hot and tasty and the fries were fresh and crispy. I swear by the time I pulled forward from ordering, they immediately walked out with my food.
