Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, an employee named DaKhari stands out. While everyone else is just moving fast, he moves with purpose. He’s polite, focused, and treats every customer like they actually matter.
Even during the busiest rush, he stays calm and professional. My order was perfect, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was right without me even asking.
It’s honestly rare to see that level of work ethic and care anymore. He sets the standard for what customer service should look like.
Give this guy a raise.

Our family went for breakfast and very much enjoyed our meal and time there. I had the chicken, egg, cheese biscuit with hash browns and an iced coffee. My sandwich was delicious. A very flaky biscuit.
The service was great as well. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

I rarely ever enter reviews, but this young man had me on my toes! I promised him I’d leave a review and it just crossed my mind. On Tuesday, Desmon was a rockstar at his service and accuracy! He was helping the person on the front counter and did it with greatness! He made sure our order was correct, interacted with the kiddos, and did it all with a smile on his face! He made great conversation when bringing our food out, and consistently checked on us throughout our visit. The true definition of fine service! Thank you CFA, and i hope to see him when i return!

I went in this morning for Breakfast. Food was great as always, but the staff is even better! Desmond served me with a bright attitude and i adored his personality! We talked about the location, and he had good conversation, telling me about his experience and a role he’s applying for! Me and my husband enjoyed him a lot. Will be back!!!

Customer service was absolutely top notch. The team that worked tonight on 1/16/26 late shift from 6:30/7 pm were super friendly and even helped clear off our mirrors and had fun while doing it. 10/10 if I knew their names they would be shouted out! Great job girls. Stay warm!

It’s a Saturday afternoon and 65° nicest day of the year so far and they have no employees taking orders outside only using a box which causes a long wait. I ordered and paid online, got a notification my food was ready and the staff was waiting until I got to the window to give it to me instead of running it out. Just way less organized than others. Got my food and no plastic wear or straws in the bag. Very upsetting when you’re super hungry and eating on the go.

She also mentioned she had to go home and study for her final exams before winter break, and I truly pray she finishes out the semester strong. She deserves all the success coming her way. I pray God blesses her abundantly!

my food was great but i had a big deal breaker. I ORDERED HONEY MUSTARD AND DIDNT GET ANY. I have proof i ordered it and i would like this to never happen to anyone again. my food was inedible because my honey mustard wasnt in the bag. stop caring so much about chick fil a sauce its mid and i dont like it. thanks for this BAD experience where i had to throw my food away.
