I’ve been eating Chick-fil-A for years. My first time was in Chicago. I was happy they finally located in MI. This location is better. They are always crowded, but very organized.

Chic-Fil-A has THEE BEST spicy chicken sandwich (other than Wendy’s) on the planet!!!! Forget about that other place down the road. I refuse to eat chicken anywhere else.
I first fell in love with Chic-Fil-A when I lived in the South back in the late 90’s. The food has only gotten BETTER over the decades.
Beautiful clean dining atmosphere and the most professional & efficient staff I have encountered in the restaurant environment for the entire city of Southfield.
I love that I can order a MILKSHAKE & a SALAD which is always off the charts. They have the best salads and shakes ever. They’ll always be one-up on that little one-eyed fella across the street. I wish I could give Chic-Fil-A 10 stars!
The people that own this restaurant definitely know what they’re doing. It’s run very well and highly organized. The best in the game for sure!
I also love that they’re closed on Sunday and choose to honor the sabbath

Definitely, my go to chick fil a. never had a bad experience and sometimes the manager for this branch location will slip a entree freebie in my bag! Food is always hot and served quick. Absolutely nothing bad to say.

First time trying this location. We ordered from here since it was my daughter’s birthday and this was her pick. We ordered on the app and I went inside to pick up my order. Had to find someone to locate my order. We ordered 7 items and I checked the bag before leaving only to find our mac and cheese was missing. Found someone again, asked about the Mac and cheese, worker said, “are you sure it isn’t there?” I told her yes but feel free to look for yourself – she did, no Mac and cheese. Waited some more for my Mac and cheese. Got home, ready to eat, realized there was not one sauce in the bag. No salad dressing, no chic fil a sauce, no ranch, nothing. Should I have realized there was no sauce? Yes. Should I have to dig through my entire bag and find each item? I don’t think so. I’ve been to many other Chic fil A’s. This one needs some work.

This place is a highly efficient factory. It’s almost always crowded, but the lines move fast. The smell is insanely inviting, and drifts across the entire parking lot at Tel Twelve mall. Not a great value, portions are a bit small and the prices are high for fast food, but the quality is consistently great. The chicken strips and chicken sandwich are particularly good, made of “real” chicken, not “pieces parts fused together” like the chicken products at many competitors.

This is not the model of a Chick-Fil-A from the south. Many of the workers are not professional, they don’t apologize for the wait or even seem to care that there is a wait. Also, unfortunately, I had a hair in my food.

I dont know man, something about those spicy chicken sandwiches just keep you coming back. If yall haven’t had it yet, the cherry berry sprite is amazing and I seriously recommend trying it! Staff are always super friendly and helpful too. Easy to access location with plenty of exits making it a great place to quickly get some good chicken.

A bit disappointed with this Chick-fi-li. Stopped here in the morning for breakfast, none of the people working seemed happy, we were not greeted at all. No one was rude, but no one seemed to go over and beyond what I normally experience/have experienced in Chick-fi-li’s. It was also obvious the trashcan weren’t emptied the night before and the whole restaurant just didn’t have that clean filling. There was a sticky fill in front of one of the trash cans. The bathroom was okay, but again nothing above and beyond to ensure cleanliness. I walked past one of the workers on the way to the bathroom and smiled at her, all I got back was an annoyed expression, like I personally insulted her. We waited for about 10 minutes in an empty restaurant, said thank you twice to the person who brought our food, but again nothing. Probably one of the most depressing Chick-fi-lis I have ever eaten in, and I have eaten in quite a few. Overall, a disappointing experience based on the staff working there.
