So my son took my granddaughter to get her lunch. The young Lady asked what do you want with your meal to drink? They got the chicken nuggets and they got the Dr Pepper but no fries. The weather is terrible snow everywhere. I was right by Chick-fil-A so they asked me to stop in and grab the fries. 14 cars in the drive-through I get in line and explain to them, they forgot the fries in my granddaughter‘s order when she just had left and just gotten home and they proceeded to tell me they could not replace the fries unless I could present the receipt. I won’t go back. My granddaughter likes the food. I would never eat it. I don’t like it at all. We’ll find another Chick-fil-A to go to not State Street.

I waited over 10 minutes picking up a door dash and every employee walked past the people in pick up with no communication. I go to a lot of restaurants this one is lacking customer service. Please communicate better. Do better!

Should always be a 5 star place but the parking and drive thru lines here are so atrocious. Always great food and great service. The parking lot is not made for this much traffic unfortunately.

The dining room was gross. Tables not cleaned, sauce packet busted and all over the floor. Had to wipe down a spot to sit down. And they had employees just standing around. Not the best visit I have ever had at a Chic-Fil-A.

4pm to 4:09pm.The girl put me down as Trevor. I asked the guy, did he mean driver. He said ok sir and walked off. Soon as he got back inside he let out an obnoxious laugh. Please have a talk with these children. If they can’t tell its best to just leave the gender off. In my case im a female you can clearly look at me and tell im a female. This was a driver thru order
