The service there makes me feel appreciated for picking Chick-fil-A to spend my money. I have noticed since post pandemic. A lot of fast food restaurant employees don’t appreciate costumer’s for picking their restaurant to spend their money at. They seem that you don’t like what you got go some where else. But not at Chick-fil-A they really are glad you picked them to spend your hard earned money at. Yes they are a bit higher than others but food is great & the attitude & the treatment of the employees is OUTSTANDING .

Although they are very busy, I got my food pretty quick. Me, my husband and my step mom chose the dine in option and they tried dropping off 2 other people’s food to our table. I’m not sure if they didn’t put the right table number or if they just didn’t pay attention. Other than that it was very tasty and a great lunch.

They refused to allow me to order what I’ve always ordered and today the front cashier and Manager didn’t want to take my order for regular chicken and fries. States it’s a policy for them to serve breakfast only. Never had a problem before until today and I won’t go back. I turned around and took my business and money to a better choice.

This place is amazing. They’ll have 20 cars in the drivethru but you’re leaving with your order in under 10 minutes. Most recently they had about 15 cars lined up and I was thru it in 5 minutes. Meanwhile, other fast food places have you waiting 20 minutes, or longer, with half the cars. The employees here are nice and courteous, and on top of it. This Chic-fil-a is the best run fast food operation I’ve ever seen.

I was served raw chicken. I brought it to the register where they put it on a napkin carried it around where the food was being placed into bag. Then the manager looked at it and shrugged his shoulders. They gave me the same order I had just received with no apology or anything. Needless to say I did not eat the other meal they gave me because I was so disgusted and haven’t returned here since. I reached out to corporate about how this store treated the situation and they accused me of lying.

I was the only one in side. At the Register for about 6 to 8 minutes before anyone took my order. Then after about 10 minutes I had to go backup and ask them if they made my drink remind you I only got a frosted coffee nothing else. Then I waiting another 8 mins while my drink was setting on back of the other counter melting I especially livid. Don’t thing I will go back NY time soon. Cause employees play one their phones and do help orders out. this makes 3 different trips I made All of them are for the same reason now.
