This location is usually wonderful, unless you have a big order. I had one today and they completely missed a $20 order of 30 coin grilled nuggets. I appreciate their speedy, but would rather they were more accurate in fulfilling orders

They messed up my order, it was only a sandwich, and the older guy handing out the food the one who looked like he slept in his uniform and forgot the appropriate shoes for the job red jacket tide around his waste banging into peoples cars..was rude never in my life has a chick fil a person yelled at me to move up and then question who I was.. his exact words were “whats your name” . The other chick-fil-a’s are harder to get into but atleast they are nice.

Can’t rate the food. I never got it. I done a Mobil order at 10:15am. I arrived at 10:25am. 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. The girl taking the orders never moved from her spot. She didn’t walk back to other cars like most do. I finally got to her at 10:31am and she told me they couldn’t fill my order because breakfast was over. 1 minute after the cutoff. I was there on time. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I genuinely feel stupid leaving a review about a drive-thru, but this experience annoyed me enough that I had to.
It took 20 minutes just to reach the order taker in the left lane. Not to get food. Not to pay. Just to order. The guy working the left lane moved at a glacial pace, while the girl in the right lane was absolutely cranking through cars. For every single car he took, she took six or seven. Sitting there watching that happen was infuriating.
I ordered one Chick-fil-A sandwich. One. No drink. No fries. Nothing complicated.
Then I’m told to pull up to the second marker and wait. The car behind me got their food. Then the car behind them. Then cars in the other lane. I’m just parked there thinking, how is it possible that a single sandwich is getting skipped this many times.
I timed it. From start to finish, 30 minutes in the drive-thru.
I understand busy times. I understand staffing issues. I’m not expecting lightning speed. But watching half the line get served before you when your order is as basic as it gets is beyond frustrating. At that point, it’s not “busy,” it’s broken.
This is exactly why I try to avoid this location. They are notoriously slow, and it feels like clockwork every time I give them another chance. I only stopped because I didn’t want to drive farther after work, and that was clearly a mistake.
If you decide to come here, just be prepared. Bring patience. Bring snacks. Maybe bring a lawn chair. Because this drive-thru will absolutely test it.

Food is always good but I have one major complaint. What is the POINT of doing the pickup orders? I attempted to do a DoorDash pickup order so that I could get one of their breakfast items and I knew I couldn’t make it to their store in time to order it. When DoorDash pickup wasn’t an option I assumed the pickup on their website was a replacement for that. I arrived at 10:35 and was told that NO they did not remake my items I ordered 10 minutes ago and they COULDN’T make them now. I work night shift so I wanted breakfast not lunch and ended up just wasting my entire time. Bad experience and bad customer service from a place that loves to brag about how great there’s is.

We went at 745 on Saturday night & the kid said they’re out of all their desserts when I asked what shake flavors they had. This has to be the worst one in the area because of workers. We’re Red status for years. We’re never greeted or thanked, always the slowest lines. They just walk up & say what’s the name.

Yummy chicken burgers and cool wraps! The best shakes to go too. We ordered peach and chocolate shakes and both were good. And while waiting, my son enjoyed playing in the play place in this location. Great area for families to dine especially those with toddlers!
