Last Thursday we were met with so much kindness by a hard worker named Tammy. She was there around 12 when we went in. My toddlers and I immediately went to the bathroom when we got there and Tammy was cleaning up the bathroom. She met us with such a happy smile and asked how we were doing. She had just finished the big stall so we all could fit in there. Then we ordered and sat down. A little bit later Tammy came by and asked if we had everything we needed or if we needed anything. I explained we were still waiting on an order and she asked if the other workers were aware of it and I said yes thank you! She said if it takes too long just holler and I’ll check on it. We got our food shortly after. Later she brought my toddlers a fun cow headband and they loved it. She didn’t need to do any of this but she met us with so much kindness, joy, and grace. She was even happier than one of the younger gals at the counter and Tammy was the one picking up garbage and doing all the dirty work. What a special time we had and we will be returning thanks to Tammy. We do miss the kids play area, I’m sure you all could put some type of sensory play back there or magnetic boards. Literally anything!

Found a piece of card board in my salad, I thought it was chicken I almost ate it. Second time I found hair in my ice cream. They should be checked for safe food handling. I’m trying to figure who to call to report health violations. I called the store several times and left a voicemail to speak with manager with no response. I’ll never visit that location again.

Ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes prior to reaching the restaurant. Waited in a drive-thru lane for 10 minutes, and then in VIP parking for 10 minutes.
The issue is the footprint of the building itself. New Chick Fil-A locations are built for high-efficiency. This older location simply cannot keep up with demand.

Came to Chick-fil-A for chicken. Stayed because of Raul. This man’s customer service was so good it needs its own franchise. Polite? Yes. Efficient? Yes. Aura? Immaculate. And let’s talk about the visuals real quick—Raul is objectively handsome, with a smile so clean it lowkey healed me. Bro handed me my order and I almost said “thank you king” unironically. If Chick-fil-A is known for anything, it’s great service, but Raul is operating on a different plane of existence. Absolute legend. 10/10, no notes, would get chicken again.

Raul has more aura than anyone I’ve ever encountered. The confidence, the kindness, the presence—absolutely unmatched. Walking in felt normal; walking out felt like I had just received the best Christmas gift imaginable. And no, it wasn’t wrapped. He was the meal.

they decided to have renovations and due to them being unorganized on DoorDash orders and where dashers have to go to get the orders i was waiting over an hour for my kids food because dashers didn’t want to wait and i was unaware til i was finally assigned a very amazing dasher who was willing to wait and communicate what was happening. they told her i had to cancel and replace order due to somehow some way my order was thrown away and worst part they REFUSED to remake the order. Third time I’ve been served chicken tenders that were not fully cooked. Service is good. Despite their poor drive-through design they work quickly, but with this third possible brush with food poisoning and the fact there’s no clear way to use the mobile app in drive thru, I think I’m done with this location.

Why did the Mishawaka store have employees outside the drive-thru during extreme cold weather on Thursday 1/22/26?
Isn’t that going to put kids’ health at risk?
