Service is terrible in the drive thru. Took almost 15 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to order. And another 10 minutes after ordering to get my food. Paid with cash, change was 2 dollars short, and again I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the correct change. Pull out of the parking lot and realize my order is wrong.

I travel all across the United States with my line of work. I generally have Chick-fil-A for breakfast or lunch. After long days of work, I didn’t feel up to going and sitting down anywhere. I went through the drive, I didn’t get the young ladies name on my ticket says IcePrincess.. This young lady had such great customer service skills. Big shoutout to her parents and Chick-fil-A management. Unbelievable exceptional customer service. IcePrincess if you read this, keep up the good work. Keep your eye on the price “Jesus Christ”.
