I come to chick fil A because their standards are high, they treat their customers with care and the food is well prepared and made!! Today these standards were really lowered it’s sad!
I ordered chicken strips, they came out too dark i’ve never seen chicken fil A ever present me with such poor quality. Is it edible? Sure, is it over cooked and bourderline harmful at this point? Also yes.
So i went to voice my concern to a team member and she replied “looks fine to me”. I said does it? It’s pretty dark. And she said “yeah that’s how it is, looks fine to me!” So i just said okay and walked away, AND THEN she said “do u want a different one?!” At this point after being invalidated and being told that’s fine i lost trust in her judgement and i doubt she would’ve presented me with anything better so i just said no thanks.
It’s sad because if i wanted an over cooked kinda burnt chicken with poor service i would’ve just gone to KFC!!
The pictures have two pieces of chicken, one is way darker than the other! For reference!

I’ve visited this wonderful location several times, always ordering through the drive-thru. I haven’t had the chance yet to enjoy the indoor or outdoor seating, but I definitely plan to come back soon and give it a try.
Today, I ordered:
• One vanilla milkshake
• Two chocolate milkshakes
• Four large fries
• Two 5-piece chicken nuggets
• One 8-piece chicken nugget
• Ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce
The food was fresh and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
Highly recommend this place for a consistently great experience!

I really enjoy being able to place my order in the app, arrive at the drive thru to check in, and pick up my food at the window. They don’t prepare it until I get there, so it is always hot and fresh. The food is as good at every location. It is a nice treat that reminds me of home when I’m traveling. This location is no exception. I would highly recommend this location!

This place saved me! I ordered a nugget tray for our Christmas party and I placed the order at the wrong location by mistake. I didn’t have time to drive all the way to the other place to pick up the tray. I showed up to pick up the nugget tray at this location, and they proceeded to make me a nugget tray anyway, and they did not charge me. So incredibly kind and nice! They did not have to do that. A lot of places would not do that. Truly exceptional customer service and they saved our Christmas party! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

Going in at lunch time thought it would be a little hectic but actually was a nice atmosphere and was very enjoyable experience and the play area was closed off so even though the kids were having a blast u hardly could hear them. Great place if trying to have the little one blow off some energy and take a break for yourself and refuel at the same time. Could have got 5 stars on service but ordered 2 shakes and took them almost 30 min to get them that’s the only issue I had with them.

I cannot stand ordering from this store. I tried to order breakfast, but in the middle of my order, the breakfast menu was “locked” and I was told it wasn’t available. It was only 9:58. So I was like fine, I’ll order lunch, completed that delivery order at 10:05AM & was told the ETA was 10:45AM which is doable. Then the ETA changed 6 different times. Now, the ETA is 11:45AM, an hour and a half after the original order time. I will never order from Keystone again. Absolutely the worst food & service I have ever had at any Chic fil a!
I have never had this problem with the Westfield/Carmel store which I usually order from, but for some reason I can’t order delivery from Westfield/Carmel Chic fil an anymore. I have reached out to corporate about all this.

I have had issues with this Chick-fil-A restaurant in the past, and have stuck to going to the Broad Ripple location but today, the problem with location ran out of the sourdough buns for the cheddar Pub pretzel sandwich. So I went to The Crossing location and just got home, and the first thing I noticed is that I don’t have the Dijon mustard. That is a soft specifically made for these sandwiches and it certainly part of my order I can see it right now, but I didn’t get it. They were able to modify my mobile order when I went through and that was great, because I forgot to add condiments to the fry selection. But the people inside the store, took a fistful of Chick-fil-A sauces and threw it in there, three more than I requested, but no Dijon mustard. The fry was a large fry, yet it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cardboard box at all. It was below. I swear to god, I got the same amount of fries and a large box that you would have gotten in a medium. Also the chicken is soggy, and the fries are all floppy. No bacon on the sandwich. They did everything wrong they possibly could have I guess. And it’s a reason to stay away from this location. Because now this is like the umpteenth time I’ve had a problem with this location I’ve never had a good experience, I’ve always been disappointed, the last time I was disappointed I got one of those yogurt parfaits that they literally only filled it halfway up and I think that’s now an issue with the store since I have consistently had issues with portion sizes, this store has an issue with that and that means it’s coming from the top down. This is the only Chick-fil-A store that I’ve ever had an issue with, no other store would have screwed up the order. This is the only location I’ve ever had a problem with and that is the final straw today. Next time Broad Ripple is out of something, I’ll just eat at home.

When my Mother requests that I bring her lunch, she defaults to Chik-fil-A. Although they are always busy, the lines move fast.
Even when it’s crowded, the restaurant is always clean no matter the location (at least in my experience).
Because the portion sizes are big and the ingredients are higher in quality the price feels justifiable, although it is a little more than other fast food places.

Chick-fil-A is my go to if I decide to eat outside regardless breakfast, lunch or dinner. This place serve good food and typically the service is good. However, this lady who hosted Bingo is pretty rude. She asked me to leave my table because she needs to host the Bingo event. While I was still there, she walked all tables around except the table I was forced to sit. It is so discriminating and sadly Chick-fil-A let this happen.
