We ate a late lunch at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was very busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. The condiment counter did not have catsup packets. There was a play area inside. The glass between the play area and dining area was filthy!

Usually the worse thing is the inconsistent chicken size, but today they gave me the wrong sauce. I was so disappointed when I went to eat my biscuit and didn’t have honey. No matter how long the line is they are great about getting people through quickly and I don’t think I have ever had bad customer service here which is extremely hard to find.

This location used to be the best, but last time I dined in at this location I had to watch a worker get jumped in the drive-thru. This time I took it to-go and there was a stink bug fried with my fries. There was one on my car in line, so I’m sure it just flew in the door. Still not appetizing to see when you get home.

I can forgive this location getting my name wrong through the drive though , or calling my car a minivan or the wrong color. But at 5:45 am when I have shut my vehicle off and have spoken clearly to still receive the wrong items is unacceptable. This microwave bacon quality is on par with the ordering speaker quality in your drive thru. Please at least fix your speaker so I can order chicken.

This Chick-fil-A has become a joke. We spend entirely too much money here for our order to be consistently wrong. My husband ordered a party plater here today for an event and tell me why there were at least 15 employees standing there like a chicken with their head cut off either trying to clock in, clock out, order their own food, chit chat about ticktock, etc. I understand they are teenagers, but where is their leadership is where I’m concerned. Who is coaching them? Guding them? Making sure they know their role and place?
Chickfila, you need to step it up. If I have to order one more Kale salad and receive granola instead, I’m at a loss. HELP ME HELP YOU.

I haven’t been in a long time due to the last few times the chicken has been weird and chewy. I went today because it sounded good after a long shift. I had 2 pieces of chicken that looked like this causing me to stop eating after finding the second one. The Mac and cheese was also very disappointing as it normally has a baked flavor to it with some yummy crust on top. It’s soupy and flavorless. Also not pictured, my mocha cream cold brew was not the same. I immediately threw it away because it wasn’t made right and I didn’t want to go back into the cold to get it fixed, but I wish I had gotten a picture!

A very nice highway patrolman dropped my daughter and I off at Chick-fil-A on Southport road in Indianapolis Indiana. The officer told us we would be safe there and could wait for someone to come get us. I walked into the restaurant that was extremely busy. I approach a man wearing a Chick-fil-A button-down long-sleeve shirt. I told him that we had just been in an accident and was given a ride here to wait. This gentleman named Brad got up and seated us at a table by the Christmas tree. Brad then asked if I had ever eaten at a Chick-fil-A if I wanted anything to eat and if I knew what that would be. I had not been to Chick-fil-A however my daughter order us both a sandwich and a drink. Brad was using his phone to put our order in, he added fries, macaroni and cheese, a chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie. He told us to relax and our food would be right out. The kindness we were shown by the patrolman and Brad made the shock of the accident easier to recover from. Chic fil A, you have quite an amazing staff on Southport Rd in Indianapolis Indiana. I really don’t get the deal with Chick-fil-A. The food is OK but not amazing, especially for the cost. Also the quantity of food isn’t anything to write home about. The only thing it’s good for is if you want to spend time in your car because there are always lines of people. So many other places that are better and priced more competitively.
