Unfortunately, very careless. Half of the time my fries come half empty. This is my mac & cheese today. Half empty. They didn’t give me a fork I asked for for Chick-fil-A sauce. I got one when I asked for more they looked bothered. Hopefully they can do better. At other Chick-fil-A’s, I can trust driving off without looking in my bag. I will never drive off because it seems like they always “forget” something.

Their manager Sean is awesome! He is a good community man and has helped me with community events on multiple occasions. I don’t buy from Chicfila for personal reasons but appreciate how kind the staff is when I visit to pick something up. The staff was very helpful and the manager Kevin was also awesome. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Mac and cheese is better than any other fastfood establishment (Even KFC and I love Mr. Sanders). The peanut oil they get with makes everything 3X as good.

Did a curbside order, where it was supposed to be ready in 7mins. I let 15 mins go by because they were busy. I called no answer, call again they have my order, 15 mins later, call again no answer. 40 mins I have to go in and request a refund. The employee stated they couldn’t find me, when I was in a designated curbside area and called. The manager didn’t even apologize or offer anything. May advice go to the one in broad ripple or washington.

I had to write this review to apologize about my bathroom visit when I was here, sorry for whoever had to clean that up. Also I recommended to the workers to stop letting homeless people live there because when people leave there are poor people on the side walk always asking for chicken nuggets and chick-fil-A sauce. Also the chicken nuggets and Chick-fil-A sauce was good.
