It’s so nice having Chick-fil-A close by. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Even though it was busy when we stopped in, we were not rushed while placing our order. The cashier confirmed what we had ordered. We didn’t have to wait that long for the food to be delivered to our table either.

We love this location. The food is always fresh, piping hot, with prompt and friendly service. One time I decided to try a new entree item and it was not my favorite. They switched it out free of charge for something else. They are always friendly and rarely ever have we had a mistake, maybe a forgotten condiment once.

Ordered online today. Waited for 15 minutes. Ordered didn’t have the large fries. Any of the spoons or forks or napkins. None of the sauces. No straws. Usually good but they weren’t good today.

The Chick-fil-A in Greenfield is relatively new, having opened about a year ago. I love having CFA in this part of Indiana and go there regularly, usually through the drive thru. This trip I went inside and found a clean, happy experience that was full of people and energy. The staff are friendly and bring that CFA level of customer service. I love the Spicy Deluxe sandwich and waffle fries, and have great appreciation for the cleverly designed ketchup packets. I am also somewhat of an iced tea snob, and CFA has the best fast food iced tea, IMO. In fact, better than most dine-in restaurants.

Typical drive thru queue. Had to pull forward and wait about 10 minutes so received some free milk shake cards (limits redemptions time). Food as expected. Server courteous, just long wait and they weren’t that busy, maybe 8 cars in line at arrival.

Absolutely delicious as always!! It’s great to finally have a Chick-fil-A in Greenfield. Welcome to town!

Came for the first day and they gave out free “Eat more chikin” stuffed cows. They missed one of the sandwiches on the order but quickly made it right and corrected the order.
