I’m not (or at least wasn’t) a big Chick-fil-A guy but we we’re looking for a fast food option that both my wife and I would like on our way home from dropping our son off at college. The food came out pretty quick – I really liked my spicy chicken sandwich and my wife enjoyed her salad. So the food is solid but I already knew that. What made it special was the service. One of the workers noticed my wife was standing and eating and asked if we were traveling. That very naturally flowed into a conversation about where we had been, where we are going, etc. but short and sweet and it left an impression. A lot of adults I know cant start, hold and exit a conversation as well as this young lady did. On the way out, I wanted a refill on my drink and was approaching the counter for that awkward conversation about a refill. Before I even got close to the counter, one of the employees spotted me and asked if I would like a refill on my drink. It was just super impressive service on top of really good food and this all went down within 20 minutes.

Typical drive thru queue. Had to pull forward and wait about 10 minutes so received some free milk shake cards (limits redemptions time). Food as expected. Server courteous, just long wait and they weren’t that busy, maybe 8 cars in line at arrival.

Drive thru is consistently super slow after multiple visits. And they choke it down to one lane after ordering even though it’s made for two all the way to the window. Food prep is just as slow as order takers.

The staff ruins this place! Slowest chick fila ive ever visited. They gave our order to the car in front of us, and they were eating fries out of the bag, had taken food out of the bag and the employee asked for the food back. I watched him simply place the same food into a new bag and thought I was going to accept that food. Manager got involved and she said they would only make fresh fries since they ‘were exposed’. When I asked for my $35 back, then she said she would remake the entire order. Nasty, nasty, nasty!

Not a regular visitor to Chick-fil-A BUT this location and the service that was evident, definitely enhances my experience and appreciation of this company. Upon arrival we were greeted by a person (not the speaker). Interesting twist from the norm of other competitors. We ordered chicken bites and fries. The special dipping sauce was suggested. Delicious! The chicken was a pleasant change from other brands. The personal service was second to none. I’d shout out to our order taker, unfortunately I forgot her name. I imagine most if not all staff are performing similar customer service excellence. We will stop there again during our travels.

Whats not to love about Chick-fil-A. All of the other take out restaurants everywhere need to take note of how nice, polite and cheerful the staff is. My order is always correct and I dont get home to realize that someone doesn’t get to eat to night. I have never seen drive throughs run this smooth. A+++ Way to go Chick-fil-A
