I recently visited this Chick-Fil-A and i have mixed feelings. Food was honestly really good. Definitely no complaints for the meal itself.
However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed, and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming. What stood out to me was how the managers are treating the employees. There didn’t seem to be any patients or support from managers. The environment just feels tense rather than positive. Making the guest really uncomfortable.
It’s frustrating because the food is good, but employee treatment matters just as much. I hope management works on creating a better atmosphere for both customers and their team.

My family often comes to the Anderson Chicken for meals. My children love the clean and safe play area while we wait on our food. The drive thru is very quick, easy, and friendly. This facility is always clean and I feel safe having my children use their restrooms. The food is always hot, and I often try different things to mix up my food choices. My current favorite is the Turkey Wrap, but you can never go wrong with some grilled nuggies, in the Mac n cheese with some buffalo sauce on top!

Crappy service. Took forever. We ordered two tender meals. They had us pull up and forgot about us. 20 min later. I went in to get my money back. Never been to a location this terrible before. Avoid at all costs!

Outstanding as always. Our town’s Chick-fil-A is still fairly new, and even as they’ve been working out the usual opening kinks, they’ve been doing a great job. The service is friendly, the food is consistently excellent, and everything runs smoothly even during busy times.

To come on their opening night, of course they were busy, like amusement park busy! But they did excellent! Food was great as expected, service was still very polite and fast, even though they were slammed! And at the end of the day, im just thankful we now have a chick fil a in Anderson! Good job CFA Anderson!!!

We absolutely love Chick-fil-A nuggets and chicken strips. Have not tried the chicken sandwiches, will do someday. We saw an inflated cow floating over our property back in 2019, and wondered if it was a Chick-fil-A cow. Showed the photo to the floor manager, he was so amused. I got a mini cow for the memory.

The food was good. Hot and tasted fresh. Just a little on the expensive side as can be expected. I got a parfe without fruit for my baby and it was $5. The yogurt was good but I thought that was a little expensive for a cup of yogurt. Can’t complain about how it all tasted though! They even brought it out to us.

Not a fan of this store. I will place a mobile order for a drink only and multiple cars go through the drive-thru lane before they can bring a drink out to the mobile lane. Staff is inside visiting with each other while our drinks are waiting to be brought out. This has happened multiple times since they have opened, and it seems the managers don’t do anything to fix the problem.
