A quarter of the salad greens had that dark pink shade of bacteria growth you seen in old lettuce. My coworkers crispy chicken sandwich was soggy and only partially breaded after a couple months go by I’m sure they will get better but for now we are sticking to tiffin ave location.

Very disappointed in the service and how the employees talk to the customers.. Me and a couple of my friends decided that we were gonna go get some food tonight because we have a friend who works there and we wanted to say hi! The girl taking our order was super sweet and does her job well! We received our food my friend got a two strip meal when she took a bite her chicken was pink and looked slimy we took it up and asked to speak with a manager I believe his name was Sam he proceeded to snatch the chicken strip out of my hand and started tearing it apart and was just very rude when he explained that it was the type of seasoning that they used and that it wasn’t pink, even though it was pink. We got new strips and thought that our issue was Resolved But felt the way that we were talked to was very downgrading. Then we went to go say goodbye to our friend The other girl that was bagging the food with her went to grab her and we just wanted to wave at her so we waved at her then the girl that grabbed our friend proceeded to say well she’s kind of busy right now in a very rude tone! Not sure if it’s just because they just opened or what, but I don’t think I will continue my business at this franchise.

We order through the mobile app and picked up through the drive thru. Food came out quick. However, the woman who brought out our food was not super friendly. ALSO, I ordered a salt packet for my fries, and I DID NOT receive it or any form of extra salt. Maybe this is a ploy by the government to eliminate sodium bombs or they just forgot it. Either way, I am not super happy about the missing salt.

Missing fries, slow service, and they gave the person in front of me the wrong food, took it back, and then gave that food to the car behind me.
