Typical Chick-fil-A experience with kind workers in a good atmosphere. Food here has been pretty good but have had a couple times of getting chicken that was overcooked or not prepared quite right. Other than that mostly positive experiences.

Food is always fresh and the service is extremely fast. Even when they are busy. When I was there in the middle of lunch time, I could tell the dining room was full and there were probably at least 20 plus cars in the drive thru but I still made it through on less than 8 minutes.

Grateful Me
I don’t think that I have ever seen this place less than packed with bumper to bumper vehicles in the drive-thru! It continues to amaze me how quickly they I get served and on my way! What’s more amazing is that my food is ALWAYS perfect! Never a complaint! Well, actually… just one.. I wish they were open on Sundays but I think the reason why is pretty cool!

First time at a Chic Fil A (I know hard to believe). This place runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone is super friendly and good about checking on you (I placed a carry out order). My drink came out immediately but the meal didn’t. The manager had checked on me once and then asked a few minutes later what I ordered. She went back and got it set back up, it was bagged with someone else’s order by mistake and the apology came with a gift card for a sandwich or nuggets. As she was walking away another lady brought me the order. I didn’t feel that I had waited that long so the gc wasn’t necessary but appreciated. The hash browns were good and there was a lot of them. Sausage egg cheese muffin was very good and hot. I was stuffed! Great experience

Transaction # 6334 I called ahead to ensure I gave the Location ample time to prepare, I know how long it takes to prepare Minis and especially how long it takes to to prepare a lg mini tray… Samantha the manager needs some extra time learning how to speak with guest over the phone asked for her name and I got hung up on. Fast forward to me arrive at the location I asked to speak with who ever it was that helped me on the phone and the gentleman jean-luc told me that she wasn’t available and would not give me her name I finally was able to pay for my order. I added a few things to the order as well two drinks, a burrito and a hash brown. And was told that all of my food was in the bag mind you I have already been waiting by the order pick up sign for about 15 minutes now About another 7 to 8 minutes goes by and someone finally asked me if I’ve been helped On food And they simply just walk away jean-luc Comes over to me and asked me if I’m missing something and I told him that I was missing the burrito and the hash brown still, I went out to my car to check to make sure that it wasn’t in the bag and all of the workers were fighting, saying that the food was already in the bag I went outside again to check. I did not have the burrito or the hash brown that I added to my order. I come back inside and tell them Samantha appears from the drink stations in the drive-through area and yells at her coworkers saying well. He doesn’t have it so make it mind you I’ve probably been inside for about 30 minutes now. They finally bring in the missing items from my order. They handed me a DOC And my food and walk away

Horrible experience and I know Marla would not be very happy, actually, she probably won’t do much about it

We received excellent customer service from this incredibly busy location. We were in town to see a friend perform and stopped in for a bite to eat. They were so busy when we stopped in and we had our food within 2mins. It was correct and made to order. We definitely recommend this location.

Service was fast. Staff was friendly. I was greeted when I walked in, and was asked multiple times during by multiple employees if I needed anything during my stay. Bathrooms were super clean. Literally could not be a better experience.

Missing my 12 ct. Nugget and I was overcharged b/c they rung 2 nuggets and 2 fries ala cart instead of as 2 meals. I did not want to drive 15 minutes back, so I gave my kids their food and I ate fries and a coke for dinner…the fries were extra salty, gross, overcooked half full of greasy broken pieces. I called the # on my receipt, reached a call center, they refused to transfer the call so I could speak to a manager inside the store or give me a refund for the missing 12 nugget. Told me it would be 3 days before someone contacts me. Their carelessness and customer service is awful.
