Stopped in for lunch while out and about in the county. Ordered 8 piece nuggets, cottage fries and diet coke. Got honey mustard for the dipping sauce. The nuggets were hot and fresh not greasy at all. The chicken is tender and juicy with no dryness. Great flavor. The sauce is smooth with a little mustard bite on the back end. A good choice. The fries are crispy bit soft in the middle. Pretty good with an adequate portion. Service was great. Don’t get discouraged when you pull in and the line wraps around the the building three times. It goes fast. I had my food in 15 minutes. Amazing process how they keep everything straight. Super friendly people take your order. Overall great experience.

The owner walked out in sweats. I would think a company like Chick-fil-A, with good morals, would have a sense of professionalism. Despite how great the food is, I have less of a desire to do business at Fairfield Commons.

This is normally a great place to eat. This past trip wasn’t the best, though. The food tasted greasy and the fries were burnt. Even though there was no line, we still had to wait for a long time. I don’t know what happened, but I hope it gets fixed. Update: We are here again, The girl we had was horrible. She had an attitude and acted like she didn’t care. My order, came with a drink, but for some reason she assumed I didn’t want a drink, when she didn’t even ask. I ordered a number 1 meal. Once, again, even though it came with fries, she assumed that I didn’t want them. This place is a disappointment.

This particular Chick-fil-A location is a little bittersweet. The foods are all fairly decent with the occasional flub but they used to honor police and fire and military but now they do nothing for them. It’s a shame that a business that gets so much support from his community gets none in return for its local police fire and military services. I can only speak for our fire station but we have decided to return the favor by only showing them to support they have shown us by exploring other food options.

The staff makes me feel like a burden when I pick my food up. I’ve never been greeted with any hospitality. It’s a completely different feeling compared to when I go to other chick-fil-a’s.

I have been to several chicfilas across the country. This was my first bad terrible experience. Put in mobile order. Went in to pick up. Waited 30 minutes, unacknowledged, and when I finally approached someone…they were cleaning up ready to leave. Meanwhile…I have my order number. And online receipt.. sent me on my way. Shame.
