This evening my wife and I decided to stop by and pick up a quick wrap, fries and chicken nuggets with a drink. Food was great, everything was on point. Service was good, waiting time was a little long but okay. When we got home and started eating, I tried to wash down the food with the lemonade that came with the meal. I take a few drinks and then all of a sudden I can’t get anything through the straw, straw is clogged….? That’s when I took the lid off and noticed that 1/3 of the cup is pulp? I felt like someone intentionally put the pulp in my drink. For what reason, I have no idea, didn’t have any conflicts with anyone, never do. It’s concerning that someone would intentionally sabotage anyone’s food or drink. Thought people should know!

I visit this restaurant at least once a week. They usually are efficient and do a great job. I have had a couple of instances where I have items forgotten in the drive thru that are on my mobile order. Otherwise, this is a well ran quick service restaurant that I will continue to visit.

Haven’t been in a long time. Got simple meals. We were met by Kenzie. Super polite and knowledgeable, I even asked about her shoes. It was phenomenal service from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. I sat at our table and was sipping the last of my pop. Dana asked if we wanted refills before I could even speak. Talk about knowing her customer service. These two ladies made our experience an amazing one. Thank you !

I took my grandma out for dinner, and overall we had a good time. The team member who took our order was very kind and welcoming.
However, after we sat down, no one offered refills or came by to take our trash, even though tables around us were being cleaned. And also, we had waited 15 or so minutes for our food and it wasn’t even fresh. As someone who works at Chick-fil-A, I couldn’t help but notice this. It felt more like 1st-mile service than 2nd-mile service.
The experience was still pleasant, but there are definitely a few opportunities for improvement in table touch-ins and dining room care.

I like Chick-fil-A’s food. However, they’ve obviously got a policy of hiring mostly High School girls, and boys, as that’s all I ever see working there. Which I wouldn’t have a problem with – if they were all friendly, and respectful, but they’re not. Most of the girls, are snobbish as hell. They’ll take your order, and smile at you – like programmed teenage automatons, but if you try to get them to act like human beings – you’ll get ignored. I’m not a rude person myself, and I like a little light-hearted banter, when ordering food anywhere, but good luck getting it at Chick-fil-A.

I arrived and saw the cars wrapped around the building in triple bandwidth and lots of parking available so I figured it would probably be faster to go inside and get my food to go. After a round of dodging cars like Frogger in the game… I made it in to order. I ordered… I was very surprised that I had to wait 13 minutes for a simple Chick-fil-A sandwich meal. After finally getting my food, I saw that the car line was nearly nonexistent. I was frustrated that I had to wait so long for one Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and a large fry.

Just left there at 5:55 p.m. on February 2nd southwest grilled chicken salad great no problems wife loved it ordered grilled nuggets an eight piece and a 12 piece they were not grilled they were deep fried nuggets I cannot eat deep fried nuggets so had to give them to the neighbor kids wife was gone headed to work wasn’t taking the baby back out all the way back across town so I’m left with cereal to eat tonight thanks

Update 15th October 2025 the store finally contacted me about this and initiated a refund. It took since the 1st to get a reply but that’s what it is.
Hi I have tried to reach out 3 times about my issues and about getting a refund and no one has gotten back with me. I’ve tried on the mobile app a survey and now I have to leave a review to get someone to respond.
I was very unhappy with my order from the mobile app and I went into the store to pick it up. The service was great the staff was friendly. The complaint is with the food. I enclosed my receipt to this email. Below. I got very sick and so did my husband when we ate the chicken nuggets and tenders. This has never happened before. We ate nothing that day but chick fila. Very very sick. The food was super greasy and the chicken tasted funny and had a little pink inside. So we spend the evening sick. Better now but I would really like a full refund on my order I used my card via the mobile app and I would really appreciate a full refund. I came here for my birthday and I was very upset that the chicken was so bad. Not being a Karen just being honest. (Attached is my order info below in a photo) I don’t want anything else cause I won’t be back.

Never disappoints. Staff is always kind and going above and beyond and the food is always good. I pulled into the drive thru this morning right after breakfast ended, ordered a chicken nugget meal and they put chicken minis in my bag too. Every other fast food restaurant just throws extra food away.
