Very clean organized chick-fil-a. Parking is difficult to find a tight squeeze. Ordering ahead was great and they got our meal right but forgot to give us all our sauce. Had to run back in after driving off to ask them for it. Manager helped us since his staff was busy and I can appreciate that. Food was great as always!

Never had an issue with this place. The food is always great, with only one mistake that I can remember out of many orders. If you decide to dine in, it is a little cramped. Part of the dining area has also been converted to an office/storage space very obviously and crudely. None of this will ruin your experience, though, and you will leave the restaurant as a better version of yourself.

For the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, which was not very spicy (but still good). Also got the 12 pc nuggets, which was very good, as usual. Service was very fast and friendly. Hit the drive-thru, so can’t really judge the atmosphere. Will already eat here again.

It seems Chick-fil-A has pushed a large effort to focus on drive-thru experience, and it’s noticeable. They never fail to get a large volume of customers through in a timely manner unlike other fast food restaurants. And if they do take longer than normal… they tend to apologize and often provide complimentary gift cards for a free sandwich or cookies for your next visit.

Not sure if all of the stores are run this way, but the employees at troy Ohio are simply the best I’ve seen, friendly and efficient, the place is clean and watching them do their jobs is refreshing, these younger adults are learning a valuable work ethic and skill set that is very much needed today, I’m very impressed!!

Absolutely love this place. Had the grilled chicken club, waffle fries, a small macaroni and cheese, and a soda. The flavors was amazing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Only downside was it was confusing with the drive thru.
