I’m not sure if they’re doing it for better ratings or speed, but it is such a terrible idea if that’s the case. They need to put the whole menu at the back of the line but now they’re no longer taking orders at the menu board so you can’t even decide on everything you want because the menu board is not taking orders. It just makes no type of sense at all also so they can have fake speed results. They’re taking your order at the back of the line where you have a tiny menu not even a full menu. It is just if that’s the case. Just make the menu stand at the back of the line! That was very inconvenient. I had to drive around twice so I could look at the big menu board to decide what I want because they’re not taking orders there so they can have fake speed results.

I haven’t ate here in awhile and probably won’t come back. I asked for grilled nugget meal but received regular nuggets which I don’t like. Also wasn’t happy that the nuggets were burnt crisp that it even taste burnt. I normally have a great experience with you guys but not today. I even had burnt crumbs at the bottom which is crazy. I was looking forward to my meal but this was a great disappointment. I didn’t ask for no special requests and my order was still wrong.

Went for dinner when it was busy and they accidentally forgot the fries in the drive thru. They saw my husband come back and asked him what he needed before he even got to the door. They sent him back to our warm car and said they’d be right out. Within 30 seconds, a nice gentleman brought out the fries and wished us well. I’ll always immediately forgive and come back to Chic-fil-A with these things because of how exceptional the customer service is. Bless the Lord’s Chicken

I went here for my birthday. Even though I asked for 8 sauces, they never said anything. The nuggets were great as were the sauces. My favorite sauce is the Chic-Fil-A sauce. As far as prices, they were reasonable and about what I expected. Highly recommend

I purchased a salad for lunch around 7:50AM. Got ready to eat my lunch at 1PM and did not have any salad dressing for my salad. I was given a refund but man am I so hungry! Also, I ordered a berry parfait and they did not give me any granola!! Like I am just disgusted. I should have went to Panera across the street!! Customer service at this location is going down hill really fast.
