This is the best Chick-Fil-A anywhere! Employees are always super nice and helpful. AND! There are enough employees to get the job done right. We now always choose this one to go to. Only ever had 1 problem, and they went above and beyond to fix it !

My wife and eat here maybe twice a month. I appreciate how well the restaurant is run for a fast food place. So far I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and tasty. They are great at moving people through with their orders without making you feel rushed. My wife and I have both worked in the fast food industry which gives me a greater appreciation how well this restaurant is run. This is my typical experience with this franchise at other locations as well.

Went through the drive-thru about 1:30 so kind of lunch rush. There were at least 10 cars in line. Went by pretty fast like normal. Fries were cold, chicken nuggets were barely warm and they forgot my dipping sauce. Just not what I was expecting from them. They are usually on it, with no issues. Which is why it stood out so much.

Every time I come to this location, it is phenomenal service. All of the employees seem very well trained. They seem happy and they always thank you for purchasing your food. Also there’s never a mistake and sometimes I come through the drive-through with a pretty big order and still no mistakes. The food is always hot, fresh and good quality. Don’t let the long line for you because it moves fast. I wish other fast food restaurants could get on the bandwagon. I’d say they have become very good at creating a great customer service experience.

The BEST Chick we have ever been in. We visited on travel to the Queen B Race. All women employees were on shift. 🙂 <3 All staff VERY well dressed and maintained. We were treated not as customers but as friends; coming to a friend’s house to eat. The overall, Aurora was Magnificent. The Entire Store’s bathroom(s), lobby, working areas, and outside areas were all extremely clean. This is the first time I’ve saw automated trash bins. SUPER BONUS. This Store is where the overall customer Satisfaction is truly taking into personal consideration. We applaud this store and still continue to rave how wonderful our experience was. Continue to these wonderful hardworking employees well!

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A in Cincinnati, Ohio for breakfast and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I ordered the chicken minis with a slice of cheese and honey on the side, but when my order was brought out to me, I was missing the honey.
I called out to the young lady who had brought me my food, but it seemyshe quickly walked away without acknowledging my call out for her, for the missing honey. I then tried to get the attention of other workers, but they were nowhere to be found. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, as I did not have the ability to get up and go inside the restaurant or wait in line again just for honey when I was assured it would be in my bag.
While I have always enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, this particular visit left a sour taste in my mouth due to the lack of customer service and attention to detail. I hope that in the future, the staff at this location will work on improving their communication and responsiveness to customer needs to ensure a better dining experience for all patrons.

I always come here and I always enjoy it but today I went through the drive-through and there was a young girl who checked me out and she was very rude for no reason and she didn’t even say my pleasure and she was just obnoxiously rude and I don’t know why she was very snobby and I think she should be fired. She had her hair in a claw clip and she was definitely on the bigger side. The name on my receipt says Chuck Perkin But that was a girl and I would be surprised if there was a girl named Chuck but either way she was very rude so if there was a girl working window at 4 o’clock on Saturday, January 31 who had her hair in a claw clip I just said I think she should be fired

We took our grand daughter on an adventure for lunch. When we arrived the “Eat More Chicken” cow was there meeting people in the drive thru. She yelled at him and he came around to drive thru fence and sat on the ground to make her feel comfortable. Best mascot experience ever! Whoever was in the costume was great and whatever it takes to keep them happy needs to be done as they made everyone around them happy!

Where do they find these employees? They work hard, smile alot and super friendly no matter when I visit. This could be they found the secret to happy employees that you wish they would share with other employers.
Super clean. The hot chick fil a sandwiches are tasty …. tasty. Great southern style sweet tea. Beware lunch and dinner times they are packed with customers but quick.
