Always fast friendly service i work in the mall so it’s cool if you order online it’s better because the lines be so long especially on the weekends and sometimes the food is not fresh one time I got some old chicken strips and the fries were cold and being that the line was so long and I only had a few minutes on break I just ate it but this is the only time I can say I was disappointed

I got this salad but it was only half full. When I took it back to get replaced with a new one that was full they refused. I have been to other locations and this is half what you normally get.

The food was great. Fries were made with fresh oil had a good flavor. Chick-fil-A sauce is excellent. Grilled chicken sandwich was very good.

This location inside the mall is pretty great! It’s good to do car side order, but the dine in is also quick and efficient as well! I do wish there was a separate location also in the Kenwood area. Then lots of people would use that as well! Anyways, great location overall!

I’m seriously delighted that in a mall food court, chick fil a has an employee who comes around, buses tables, and get drink refills for people. I’m yet to be disappointed!

Bought a carryout while visiting the Kenwood Towne Center/Mall. I wasn’t surprised at all to find a long queue due to the popularity of the so called Chick-Fil-A brand or products. The mall foot traffic also adds to the crowd.
Bought a Chick-Fil-A Classic Chicken Sandwich. It cost me $4.79 for a single sandwich. I felt that it was overpriced due to its given size or quantity, quite similar to most of their other items. The sandwich was okay since I opted not to have either any mayonnaise or lettuce, except for tomato on it. The strange taste of the particular oil used on the chicken patty was quite obvious and I didn’t like it. The Chick-Fil-A Waffle fries seem to be popular among patrons and available at Kroger or some of the other grocery chains in their frozen aisles.
