I was at Chick-fil-A at UC this afternoon and I made an order for a chocolate milkshake alongside fries and chicken nuggets. When my order was ready for pickup I asked for my milkshake and I was told they don’t have that i should go get any other drink…
Then why include it in the menu if you didn’t have it in stock. The two people that attended to me were not nice at all and they just dismissed me like my order didn’t matter. I really like Chick-fil-A, just hope they do better next time…

Staff was extremely rude, the lady making the drinks was yelling at people and did not have any type of good customer service and the only thing I ordered was fries and a fruit cup and it took almost an hour for me to receive my order.

The cashiers don’t listen very closely — my request for no pickles on my sandwich gets ignored maybe 30% of the time. There’s often a long wait time, and if you’re unlucky enough to have your order bumped back in the queue (which they’ll do if they don’t have your item ready when they get to your number), you might end up never receiving your order until the workers notice you’ve been standing there forever and ask for your receipt.

I love it! So nice and their drive thru moves so quickly! My only complaint is on there website it says dine in but you can not actually dine in yet. The one closer to my home allows you to dine in so I do not get it but overall AMAZING SERVICE! Thanks Chickfila!❤️

Just delicious. I chose the chicken sanwich with Chick fill a sauce.. Not only the food being delicious the drive thru process was well planned. Two drive thru lines staffed with cordial young people. One to take your order backed up by one to confirm your order.each person using your name welcoming you to Chick fill a. Even when your order is brought to you.
