This place is amazing to dine in on a cold morning and drink coffee. On there first day it was like winning an award but I was the one giving it. This place felt warm and inviting. Stopped in the drive thru for lunch today, quick line which was great. Staff was super nice to us, we had a mobile order, it just took about 5 minutes after arrival to receive it and unfortunately instead of the deluxe sandwich I received a regular chicken sandwich for a higher cost… besides that it was good but lost money (see receipt)

As much as I like Chick Fil A and the convenience of their location, their mobile drive thru is AWFUL! You will easily wait 10 minutes for something that would take 2 minutes in Belden Village. Ive come on several occasions and each time it takes 10 minutes. Hoping you guys can get the time down because I really like this location!

The mobile drive thru at this location is painfully slow. I’ve never had to wait for cars in front of me but wait several cars worth in the regular drive thru. Easily 10 minutes each time for 1-2 à la carte items. Seems like a good idea in concept but not so much in execution. Hopefully they can figure it out in the future.

I don’t know who manages that Chick-fil-A, but that is one of the most efficient fast food drive-through within Stark County. All the employees always have good attitudes The food is always fresh. I cannot say enough good things about this location.

I love chicfila and they do exceptionally at lunch time…but any time I come to this location for dinner, something is wrong with my order. Missed items. Incorrect items. Tonight I got home, and had no sauces. Not the biggest error made, but this is the 4th or 5th time having an issue. I really tried to hold off on writing a poor review but it’s just more common than not at this point. Guess I’ll either be really sure to check my bag before I get home, or I just won’t come at dinner.

Shane in the drive thru was absolutely fantastic!!! Handing out high fives and fist bumps left and right, very attentive and efficient to each person.
