I came here a few months ago with a bad experience and recently came back because it was more local to me and I haven’t eaten anything all day. Don’t get me wrong, the guy that took our order was sweet, but I think it was extremely rude that someone that works there lied about the situation when she didn’t do what she said she did. I ordered a southwest chicken salad and I was rung up a cobb salad and we came back to get it fixed and they explained it was because they didn’t have the spicy chicken and I’m sorry why wouldn’t I have been told that so I could order something different or maybe go somewhere else?? Instead of asking the customer what they want… you go and ring it in how you want because you don’t have something. I should have been notified. THEN, the girl at the pick up window walks up and asks what our order was and we explained that we received the wrong salad (she explained that they didn’t have spicy chicken for the salad and that was why it wad rung up a cobb salad) and she said we can do nuggets or cold regular chicken and then asked about the not wanting beans because I mean… on the receipt we gave back to you it says no beans like why would I change my mind? They go and make it with beans and we go back around again, not to be the complicated customer and we were as nice about it as we could be and said “they did remake the salad and we appreciated that but they made it with beans when the receipt we gave them said no beans.” This guy comes out and I’m assuming the supervisor, he explains that the girl at the pickup window told him that she asked if I wanted the salad regular (with beans) when NO, she had asked if I wanted the regular cold grilled chicken for my southwest salad… and even asked “no beans correct?” and both my boyfriend and I told her yes, that’s correct. Like you guys are unprofessional and rude and the girl at the pickup window, I get that it’s hard sometimes and I understand the fast food life and we tried coming in and making it as easy as possible for us and not only us, YOU guys, but to go and lie about what you had said.. childish and wrong.

The past three times I’ve been to the Chick-fil-A in Massillon they’ve messed up my order. From having my meal take nearly an hour to come out due to the bread toaster not functioning to the following time my sandwich not having tomatoes. I was given a breakfast your choice card. I used that card for a breakfast sandwich that I never received where the employee then proceeded to give me yet ANOTHER breakfast your choice card. Although I love Chick-fil-A I must say that I prefer the Chick-fil-A in north canton where as the Massillon location has highly disappointed me.

I visited for the first time a few days ago, on my way to PA. Lil’ pricey – but it is WORTH IT! Best pretzel bun, cheddar cheese, bacon, and chicken sammich I EVA had. Fries were fresh, and perfectly cooked, and don’t even get me started on the sauce – only complaint is there wasn’t enough of it! This was a whole experience, awesome vibes, scrumptious food, and prompt service. Cannot wait to go back again.

Everything was very good. Besides the fact that I paid $8.29 for a large macaroni and cheese, and my bowl was only halfway full. At that price there is no need not to give out the full serving. I don’t mind paying the price, but when I only get a half a bowl of mac & cheese for $8.29 that’s ridiculous

The food was good, per usual – no issue there. Unfortunately though, homegirl that hands out food at the window (skinny, long brown hair/ponytail) needs an attitude adjustment…and perhaps to learn what the definition of “a lot” is.
UPDATE: I was advised to specifically ask for the side of pickles in the small mac&cheese container, so I did that today… I received 2 IN FULL small plastic cups. Awesome customer service

**BEWARE OF ORDERING DELIVERY**
I placed an order direct with chickfila in the app on 11/14/25 at 11:04am. It is now 12:15 pm and I have YET to receive it. I have called twice! And spoke with Jenny at 11:54am and she advised that the driver “got held up at the store”……..if I would have known 4 items ( 1 of which is frozen!) would have taken over an hour to arrive 13 minutes away (where i am located) I wouldnt have bothered. This order was $40 AND I tipped 22%…….LAST TIME I will be ordering from here and they need to seriously figure out what is going wrong with their delivery. If you don’t want to deliver…..then take that option off your menu!

SEEMS AS THO I’ve been waiting forever to have a Chick-fil-A in Massillon!!!! I am beyond excited!!! So we decided to check it out Saturday evening and I must say what a pleasure, it was definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere was amazing all the hustle and bustle of the kitchen is hidden behind a wall so you don’t have it spilling out into the dining area… everyone seemed so relaxed while eating and enjoying themselves. I especially got a kick out of the hand washing station outside of the restroom….Also I had the pleasure of meeting the owner his wife and his children. What a wonderful family and I’m so glad that they decided to build and open a Chick-fil-A here for the locals to enjoy!! Thanks Again Dave

Staff are extremely friendly and polite. The food is always fantastic. There are days where I get breakfast before work, then stop to get supper to take home after work. Wonderful establishment.

The people here are pretty nice but I feel like they can be understaffed. Food is amazing and delicious. The atmosphere though is giving off to modern and I would like it if all our restaurants and food places have a more 80’s and 90’s theme. If you’re by here you definitely should try it out though.
