The manager named Brad was absolutely amazing! I went through the drive through hangry and left laughing. He gave me a free cookie, to give to my mom, after I told him I wasn’t planning to buy her anything but I was planning to use her water for my laundry while I visited .
The food was also fresh and delicious. They gave me multiple extra sauces which was very appreciated and used well.

I ordered the Cobb salad for the first time in a while and was really let down. For $10, it came with these tiny little pellets of chicken—not nearly enough to make it feel like a proper meal. I went through the drive-thru, so I didn’t notice until later. Definitely not worth the price.

We went to the medina location with 13 orders for our residents at the facility I work for, we were greeted witha smile by Thom and he took our orders making sure everything was correct. He had another associate Sebastian check our bags with us to make sure we had everything and he added goodies to our bags. Thankful for the great service

The food is always good and fresh, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and despite how busy it gets, the line moves quickly. Chick-fil-A does a great job with both service and quality.

I’ve always got the pint of ice cream, well they no longer sell that. So I asked if I could purchase 5 little cups of ice cream (2$ a piece) and asked if they could just put it in a bigger cup. I was told “no we can’t do that”

After that im done eating there. Something so small and they tell me no? I go to brunswick and strongsville to get my food because they have no problem doing that for me. Its managers discretion. Im donenwith medina. They have messed up my order many times, they all have attitudes when I go there it seems. This place has just been trash latley.

If I could give this Chick fil A location six stars, I would.
We have been to Chick fil a locations all over Ohio and there has never been nicer staff anywhere, including most restaurants. Everyone here was so nice, everything was accurate.

This store doesn’t prioritize doordash/mobile orders. They are regularly late.
I will watch customers walk in, place an order, and get their food. Meanwhile I’m 12+ minutes into my wait. This is a daily occurrence, I have picked up 100+ orders from this store.
This issue seems to actually be the worst when the owner/GM is there. The gentleman that is roughly 65-70 years old with white hair. It may sound like a small issue, but when you keep a driver waiting in your store for 20 or 30 minutes, while you blatantly choose to help other people who came in after them, it comes across as extremely disrespectful and unappreciative of all of the orders you get via mobile apps.

There were so many people working, it was not busy at all, and yet they messed up our order twice. I went through the drive through, went inside once I realized I didn’t have the right order, and then received the exact same order that was not mine once again. All of the workers were all talking to each other, in the drive through area where they walk out and give you your food it was packed with workers just chatting it up and not doing anything. They only had one girl doing everything. Also when I went inside after receiving the wrong order at the drive through, I overheard that there were four DoorDashers trying to pick up ONE order that was placed an hour ago. It was chaotic.
