Place is a joke anymore. Girl always over filling the drinks all over the side of the cups. Then they hand to me . All the time they do this then I said how would you like if I give your like this to you. Common sense come on guys do better.

Usually they do pretty good. Last few times missing or not so fresh items. This time I’m missing my cheese sauce and a new bbq bacon grilled sandwich. $11 dollars of food missing. In the end the nuggets looked like they were cooking all day at the bottom of the fryer. Tasted like it also. Disappointed today.

Biggest reason for 1 star is lack of follow up service. Ordered a pretzel bun breaded chicken sandwich and ended up getting a plain grilled chicken sandwich. The rest of the order was also completely wrong. Must have received someone else’s order. Unfortunately didn’t realize this until we got home. We called and left several messages hoping for a refund or something and still have never heard back. We didn’t have time to run back up to the restaurant. Unfortunately their “call in” customer service is completely non existent.

This location NEVER gets an order right. In the picture the label clearly says grilled chicken. I always get breaded. I’m diabetic so it’s kind of important to go for grilled instead of breaded chicken. Also, I always order a salad in the morning to take to work on my late day. For years I never had an issue ordering a grilled chicken salad. Then a few months ago they started telling me they couldn’t do grilled chicken in the morning. Even though on the breakfast menu they offer a grilled chicken breakfast item?? And now half the time they say they can’t even give me a salad at 10am when I’ve been getting it for years at 10am before work. No one is ever on the same page. ♀️

Been going through drivethrough for years.. Finally my 5 year old comvinced me to go and eat inside. Such a clean place. People are friendly. Hard to tell this is a fast food place. Very impressed with staff.

Messed up my order gave a different persons food? cant call them to complain as the automated system sens you in circles. Very disappointed in the service at least McDonald allows you to write an email to them. Now I’m out 16 dollars and I have a child’s nuggets.

Can’t go wrong with one of Chik fila’s salads, Lots of toppings and Love the salad with their crunchy chicken nuggets. Service was decent. Dined out this time, but have Dined in.

This is the only Chick fil la I have ever been too where the staff is absolutely rude! I came through the drive-thru on Saturday 9/6/25 at 4:08pm. Now this was not a busy time one car in front of me and no one behind me. The young lady taking the money handing out the food needs to be re-trained to the standards and follow the policy or be terminated! She was rude and frankly threw her coworkers under the bus when I questioned her about which drink was diet. I was missing items from my order and had no straw for my toddler to use for her milk! I was given attitude I have never experienced from Chick fil la staff. No “my pleasure” when I thanked her or anything. I really think you need to rethink about who you are hiring. Your staff will keep people from coming to your restaurant. By the way, I have never seen a Chick fil la that didn’t have a line in the drive-thru. I agree with a few other “Do Better”! There are too many other options near this location and I’m sure I will not be back to yours…

The chicken minis were not good. The roll was DRY. This is my favorite fast food breakfast item and I was TOTALLY disappointed. I didn’t even eat all of them.
