When traveling & tired, it is nice to have at least one place in the airport where the employees are “NICE” friendly, smiling & it is almost like most of these other businesses are NOT capable of offering such a simple thing? I read many of the reviews & walked around the airport, visiting many businesses & most do not even acknowledge your presence? READ through the reviews yourself, a very common comment is that the employees are rude as most others businesses at the airport. Thank God for Chick-fil-A!

Pretty disappointed in this chick fil a. Normally I love chick fil a and we were really looking forward to getting it before our flight, but we ordered at a time when it wasn’t busy and the spicy chicken sandwich came out in like 20 seconds and was stone cold. I was shocked at how little they even tried to pretend it would be freshly made or at the very least warm. I guess my business will go to the shake shack next door

Its chick fil a, man. What more can you say. Friendly service. They may not get my name right every time (sometimes they miss hear William and call me julian or julio for some reason) but my orders always right and the food is always on point.

Sausage and hash brown wrap was stone cold. Associate told me that is how they come, but I get these here quite frequently, and they are always hot. Associate argued with me briefly before I walked away. This is definitely NOT the Chick-fil-A treatment normally received.

This chick-fil-A isn’t an authentic chick-fil-a. They don’t accept the app. The young people working also agreed, maybe they thought I was being funny lol. Who knows. Who cares. 12/22/2022 @ 6:05pm. I am from Atlanta where the original and home of chick-fil-A is. Take the app. Wouldn’t visit again and probably won’t in the future ever. $10 for a sandwich. Take the app.

21st Century so it’s interesting to have to use Cash or physical card only – you’ll need to use the self service kiosk if you don’t have either. They do not accept the app because CFA cannot guarantee the level of service as an outside airport location. About a 7 min wait during slow times. No crew discount.

Mimi was so helpful with the kiosk needing reset. Was super tired and very grateful for their service. Her and her coworkers seemed happy to be there and it definitely made an impression on me. Will be for sure eating here again.

Still great food, but can’t give more than three stars when the counter staff checks their text messages while You are checking out. I don’t mean they looked down for a second(I do that all the time). I mean they started giving me my total, stopped in the middle, said, ”that will be“, pulls phone out of pocket scrolls through text and started again with, “that will be“ . Not expecting doctor level professionalism, just the courtesy e we are used to from Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite spots for a quick meal. The service is always polite and efficient, and the food never disappoints. I especially love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — it’s my go-to! Great quality, consistent taste, and a clean atmosphere. Highly recommended!
