EVERY time I’ve been here, I have waited at LEAST 20 minutes for my order. I went there today and waited a whopping FORTY MINUTES for a single Cobb salad. As someone who has worked at a Chick-fil-A for 4 years, I know that Cobb salad’s are pre made besides the chicken that they serve hot on top. There is no reason for this to take 40 minutes, because even if they had no nuggets, they take 5-7 minutes tops to make.
And you may be thinking that they are understaffed, but you would be wrong. There always seems to be more people behind the counter than there are at a regular Chick-Fil-A, and most of them are just standing around and watching your food get cold on the counter because nobody wants to run it out.
If there was another fast food place I could use dining dollars on, I would go there and never look back. This place sucks. If you aren’t a student with dining dollars, don’t waste your money when you can go to a restaurant and wait the same amount of time, but your food will be fresh.
Two of the same sandwich is not that hard is it? The receipt said two sandwiches. The bag sticker said two sandwiches. I certainly paid for two sandwiches. Yet somehow….. Only one sandwich. Two sauces…. One sandwich.
At 6pm this poor location was swamped and not just because of the college mixer going on in the adjacent student center. They were severely under staffed, which probably lead to the missed sandwich.
Regardless of scheduling shortcomings, for my first time through this location; the $12 sandwich (yeah they’re only $6, but again BUY TWO, GET ONE) was tasty. Hot. Fresh. Crispy. It certainly would have been much better to have the second sandwich I paid for….
