An unexpectedly NEGATIVE visit to Chick-fil-A on W Central in Toledo, Ohio. .. Staff was NOT smiling and friendly. Waffle fries were half crumbs. Chicken tenders were good but tiny. I chose Chick-fil-A over Raising Canes and regret it. Canes now has the happier atmosphere and, by far, offers better value. Sorry Chick-fil-A

The workers (young people) are polite and courteous. The food is fresh and hot. The chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, tortilla soup is delicious. Along with the salads, all of their salads are good (fresh).

I didn’t realize this Chick-fil-a had a children’s play area, which is awesome! My young boys loved it and didn’t want to leave. The food was delicious and hot as always! The service was wonderful and helpful. We had multiple staff members asking if there was anything we needed. I appreciate the changing table in the men’s restroom for a dad with a young child (some places only have changing tables in the women’s restroom). My son loved smelling the flowers that I assume were put out for Valentine’s Day, but maybe they always have them out. Overall, it was a great experience! I’m sure my kids will be ready to go back again soon…and I will be happy to take them.

Our first time there and they had a play place inside! Never saw one at a Chick-fil-A before and I’m from the South!! People were great, very clean and food was perfect!!! We will return!!

Unfortunately this visit to this particular location was underwhelming. Our order wasn’t correct, as my wife ordered grilled nuggets and she got crispy, the food wasn’t as good as usual, my chicken sandwich was a little on the mushy side and the Mac n cheese tasted like it had been sitting a bit.
All this was quite disappointing because we’ve stopped here several times after appointments on our way out of the Toledo area and have always enjoyed the food and have never been disappointed until today.
I’m fairly certain we will return, but I hope when we do there is a little bit more attention paid to details

I wanna give a shout out to the chic fil a crew at the chick fil a on central this morning! The service was excellent, the crew was hilarious and entertaining, the crew was also so patient and kind with us while we were asking every question known to man about their breakfast menu since it was our first time getting their breakfast, they also were very apologetic and went above and beyond to solve a small issue we had but were so very respectful through it all! Merry Christmas to the chick fil a crew!

Posting on behalf of my fiance who told the drive thru, woman to woman, that she needed the best chocolate milkshake she’s ever had in her life, and that her whole week was depending on it. The indoor play place is clean and perfect for the littles! The store always has special days where they do activities for the community while you eat. We have enjoyed several activities including bracelet making, cookie decorating and free milkshakes! Love this restaurant and it’s always worth wait!
